“It's a no hassle storage rental, I was able to set everything up over the phone, I got a wonderful deal, my unit was clean and ready at move in with my lock waiting inside for me when I arrived.
Paying my bill is always easy online and the hours are reasonable, I never have any issues getting in or out. The property is very quiet and clean.
There is one thing to watch out for though! You drive down a road to get to the property that's on a dead end, along the road are residential areas (kind of tucked away) and there is a large breed dog that runs out most times and comes right alongside your vehicle, both when you arrive and when you leave, so just watch out for the pup, I'm always so afraid someone might accidentally hit it :(
I've never seen it come into the storage property though, so that's not a concern.”
“I've had the business card on the workbench and have been meaning to write a review for too long. This is wayyyyy overdue. I love this place. Bill is just an amazing guy. Old school, handshake kind of stuff. I stored a camper here for a couple of months and it was just such a pleasure to interact with him. Initially, he was super responsive about finding a unit cause he was fairly full and he called me back to let me know he found me one. The pricing beat anything and was worth the drive. When the time came to pick up the camper, he was awesome as always and it was one of the highlights of my trip to just kinda shoot the bull. I'm going to look you up when I head back your direction. Thanks Bill, you're one of the good guys :)”
“Love this place. I recommend to anyone. Very friendly folks. Understand that life is not always perfect. Thank you so much for your understanding and accommodating values.”
“I am happy I chose elme best storage. The manager was so nice and informative. I felt welcomed, which is not common anymore. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.”
“This is a great storage facility for many reasons. It is secure (cameras), paved, clean, and easy to get to as it's close to the freeway. I highly recommend Devonshire storage to anyone who values their belongings!”
“Awesome customer service. 80 year old lady & her handicap daughter are being evicted. Landlord wants to move into the home she has been in for 15 years. Having to get a storage unit. She has not been able to find a place. She is devastated. The gentleman working took the extra time to come out to her in the parking lot. Took the time to listen to her story. He was amazing. Very rare anymore to find what is called Customer Service.Thank you Elma Storage.”
“Fantastic Storage! The management is professional. All my questions were quickly addressed and the service was great! The online website made it easy to make payments. The unit was clean and fresh. My unit was visible from the road, making me feel safe and secure while at the space alone. I would definitely recommend this business when looking for extra storage!”
“Just moved to the area. Had to store our stuff before move in. Manager was very friendly and very helpful. Was able to find me what I needed (upgraded size for same price as smaller chosen unit) when I needed it. Would use again and would recommend to others.”

“I’ve used many storage units all over the United States in my long lifetime and in all honesty, Elma Fairgrounds has been the best. Clean well-maintained units, fair price and wonderful service!
Also available U-Haul trucks to rent, right on site.”
