The printing team went above and beyond- calling the online store for me and having all the prints I needed ready the next day. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time!”
“Yesterday was our second time at the Silverdale store and I have to say that both times were great. Jerry helped us yesterday and we can't say enough nice things about him. He explained everything he was going to do to pack our items safely. Cost was better than USPS and FedEx did all the packing. I wish we could remember the lady's name that helped us the first time there as she was just as helpful. Plan on another trip to this store today to ship a few more items.”

I don't know her name but she had dark dark hair. This is a smaller fedex so probably not too many of front clerks.”

“In the past, I've criticized our postal delivery for an inordinate number of misdelivered mail (both not receiving expected mail and receiving other people's mail). Also delivery left in a puddle outside our garage when we have a locking mailbox at the curb. I complained to the postmaster. He was initially defensive but has since provided personalized service. Maybe it's the complaining. It also seems like he's making an effort. The actual post office building is much cleaner and nicer, although they could work a bit harder on permanently getting rid of that nasty pothole. In the past, I would have offered a 1 start, but I'm now offering a 5 star because of the seeming sincere effort at improvement.”
