“The staples staff was absolutely fabulous!! They helped us with scanning, faxing, etc... I can honestly say how pleased we were!! We had to come back to staples almost everyday to scan and or fax. Nothing in their part, but with the company we were faxing to! They would check on us and helped from beginning to end. Which I appreciate because my husband isn't tech savvy, and would have to show up by himself and they made it such a great experience.”
“Yesterday was our second time at the Silverdale store and I have to say that both times were great. Jerry helped us yesterday and we can't say enough nice things about him. He explained everything he was going to do to pack our items safely. Cost was better than USPS and FedEx did all the packing. I wish we could remember the lady's name that helped us the first time there as she was just as helpful. Plan on another trip to this store today to ship a few more items.”
“My old printer is basically a doorstop. I needed some art copies done for a collage ptoject ( public domain). I used the self copy machines and needed some instruction. The staff was wonderful in explaining how to acheive whay I wanted to do. I really appreciated the time spent.”
“Excellent customer attention. Two ladies both so helpful, professional and kind. Lori i believe was the lady who took care of my package. I showed up later in the afternoon to mail my daughter's birthday cake. Thank Goodness for these ladies and their help. They do printing jobs, all mailing and have items to purchase.”

“Service has always been good, with ownership change it's become great. Now it's always staffed, the hours are great. Have had a box here for like 5 or so years, definetly improvement from the last few years.
I don't trust usps as I've been screwed over multiple times, I am happy to pay for great service. Thank you to the staff!”

“In the past, I've criticized our postal delivery for an inordinate number of misdelivered mail (both not receiving expected mail and receiving other people's mail). Also delivery left in a puddle outside our garage when we have a locking mailbox at the curb. I complained to the postmaster. He was initially defensive but has since provided personalized service. Maybe it's the complaining. It also seems like he's making an effort. The actual post office building is much cleaner and nicer, although they could work a bit harder on permanently getting rid of that nasty pothole. In the past, I would have offered a 1 start, but I'm now offering a 5 star because of the seeming sincere effort at improvement.”
