Finally got back home to the U.S. after a longgg day of flying internationally. Walked down to grab some snacks and drinks for my next flights tomorrow - greeted the cashier with a “hey, how ya doing?” And couldn’t be bothered with a response. He picked up my items to scan and proceeds to dramatically toss them back down on the counter. Easy with my chips, sir. I’d rather spend more for the same items at the airport - rude, inconsiderate, and standoffish. I’m not one for bad reviews, but that was just outlandish.

This place is awful. The man working the register was rude. I wanted the boneless wing special with a slice of pizza and a drink for $8 that had a sign clear as day advertised. I also wanted the bugles that had a sign advertised but 1 get 1 for $1. He refused to give me both deals. He said “The deal was not active” What? Why is there signage advertising then? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! It was a big group of us here on vacation to an Alaskan cruise, so he certainly lost our business as we walked out. Terrible service.

The new guys they hired for graveyard shift is lazy and closed the store from 11pm-6am. Which is the timeframe at today which he changes to fit his musty needs on a daily basis. People going to work and to the airport standing in line outside? Trying to spend money and this guy just stands there on his phone. A convenient store inconveniencing travelers and workers is beyond me. Who owns this establishment? He is by far the worse employee they have had in the last year. Fire him before I start a petition.

This store closes from 3:00-6:00 am. Some days as early as 1:30am. And 90% of the clerks are extremely rude. Take the extra 2 minutes and go to the Marathon on 188th.

The woman at the register, I think she is the manager, is extremely rude, her boyfriend sits behind her, speaking in their own language, not able to understand English, just waived us off, the group I was with from the hotel just walked out without purchasing anything, we all told the hotel not to recommend hotel guests to go there

So I go there with a $7 lottery winner then I got two $5 lottery tickets and a 3-door lottery ticket I gave them a $20 bill they tried to give me the change out of that and act like they didn't understand the language I explained to him you take the slurpee out of the seven dollar winner and then I gave you $20 for the lotto tickets that you gave me to change for. They gave me $2 so they charged me $5 for a small slurpee and act like it was my fault and started screaming at me they are thieves and they act like the language is the problem you can bet I will be getting a hold of the better Business bureau if you go to this place count your change can you use the language barrier as an excuse for stealing from you I mean it's pretty simple I take in a $7 winning lottery ticket and get a slurpee and then I get $13 in lottery tickets and give them a $20 bill and they try to act like we're all good but in the end they still only gave me back $2 so they did the same thing they tried to do in the beginning stealing from me there's no way a small slurpee cost $5 watch these people they're thieves

I am not sure why it says 24 hours when they don't want to be open for 24hours. They deny you service no matter what you're trying to buy and act like they don't speak English when you're telling them you don't need alcohol. I've been coming here for a year and had the same experiance. They deny you service based on how you look like the products are not there for all to buy. They did this to me and my husband several time but news flash it's the same girl different wigs. Get your mess together if you don't want to serve is don't put your store in our neighborhoods.
