When I went the other week, the cashier yelled at somebody for wearing a mask. A normal cloth mask that would've been normal in the pandemic (which is still functionally ongoing). I often wear a mask, but wasn't due to the sloppily made sign on the door. They were loud and aggressive, and the situation looked like it would turn into a fight. My family also had an experience of the slushee machine giving the wrong flavors and the cashier being rude when it was brought up last year. I will be going across the street from now on instead, as I'm not comfortable with a location where masks mean getting yelled at or a fight.

they’re racist and were threatening a homeless man with bear mace then turned it on my friend and screamed at her when she tried to defuse the situation and help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This 7/11 is not 24hrs. I just came here at 12:40a.m march,28,2025 and the cashier gives a hand signal saying there closed. This place is ridiculous!

clerk with glasses yells at people for seemingly no reason, locks the door at random, is on the phone half the time, and is just generally rude or standoffish

I recently visited this 7-Eleven and was really disappointed with my experience. The prices were surprisingly high for the items I wanted, which made me feel like I wasn't getting good value for my money. On top of that, the cashier was quite rude, which added to my frustration. It’s unfortunate because I was hoping for a quick and pleasant stop, but the combination of high prices and poor customer service really left a bad impression. I would suggest looking for other convenience stores in the area that might offer better prices and friendlier staff.

Clerk is in the store - a 24 hour location - putting up chips and shaking his head “closed” - two customers walked away in 5 mins. No sign or anything

BOYCOTT THEM!
Both the posted hours and the website claim this store is open 24 hours, but anytime between midnight and 5 a.m., the lone worker refuses to answer the door. Every night at any given time, there are several people milling around outside trying to shop, and if none are African-American, the employee steadfastly refuses to do business with anyone. Why would a business advertise certain hours and then allow a lone racially motivated employee to alienate the majority of customers?

Very friendly staff, very quick to stock things. 1 staff member pulled a Houdini and went in 1 door and within seconds was out another door with what he was grabbing for us. Just awesome. Thanks for the laughs and hospitality
