What happened to the days when an airport lounge had business people, nicely dressed, and quiet??? It was like a zoo yesterday! Kids running around, parents screaming at kids. It was probably quieter to sit at the gate for 2 hours, than to be in the lounge.

It’s a really nice lounge, but it’s always full and waitlist is in excess of 30minutes. I have not been able to use it the last 10 times through Seattle. Why am I paying for a lounge access when it’s never available.
