Service has been exceptionally poor compared to how they've been in the past. Poor quality control on the installs, hard to communicate with, laden with excuses.

Not a great experience here. I took my SUV in to get a custom ham radio/antenna installation quote. There was some confusion but we eventually got things sorted out. There was a bit of a delay in getting the quote e-mailed to me. When I did get it, it came in roughly double of what others were quoting for the same install. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I won't be going back.

I've rented from Day three or so times, and every time the customer service has been bad. Some equipment is almost always broken in some way. This last time I sent two in two quote requests, chatted with a live person, who I then emailed with and said he sent my request to the VP of sales, who never emailed me. I finally emailed him again, asking if they would give me a quote or not so I could go with someone else and never replied. Bearcom or TCS is much better for this area.
