I have had good experiences with enterprise except at their exotic car location. I rented a Maserati through them. Not only was it not communicated that a cc needed to be available to get an exotic but the man that was helping me was very condescending. His attitude towards me when I arrived was bad and only got worse when I told him my reservation is under exotic car. Since I had made a reservation for 7:30 AM I had to come back another time for the CC. When he saw me the 2nd time, he was like “oh you’re back?” Like of course. I have my reservation for 4 days on my birthday..why wouldn’t I try to come get my birthday car. The process was long to get the car. He handed me to an inexperienced person and when he was frustrated with her trying to check us out, he snatched the keyboard from her. As if this wasn’t enough, the car was DIRTY. I had to go take it to get washed because who wants a dirty rental. 2 days into the rental, the car had mechanical problems. The engine overheated and starting to leak. I had it towed and again the airport was asking me where the car was after I used enterprise own # to get it towed. That caused a mini panic attack. A missing Maserati that I gave back to your people? Yea...it was stressful. I was able to another car, not another Maserati. Wasn’t sure if my mileage was added together with both cars but they charged an extra $100. From my experience it should of been waived with the lack of communication and professionalism at Enterprise exotic car. Other than that, enterprise has been good to me. This is my 5th rental in a month and a half.

Left messages throughout the day for an exotic car rental in Seattle while I'm here visiting with my son for concerts. I never received a call back. I can't imagine this is a good way to run a business, but I guess the exotic branch is bolstered by the rest of the company's rentals, so they can afford to lose my business...

Outstanding customer service and selection. Price is reasonable considering the area. Was greeted by name with a friendly smile when picking up the. My only complaint is that you have to take a shuttle bus from SeaTac airport to the rental car building, but it's not Enterprise's fault. I'm a very happy customer and will continue to use Enterprise in the future.

Quick checkout of car. Friendly service. There were some extra charges on my bill that were corrected after a phone call. Overall satisfied with the experience.

I always have a really great experience with Enterprise. This time, however, I blew a tire in the car. Not sure if it was a faulty tire or something I ran over. Had I not had co-workers in the area for a different meeting, I would have missed my plane as it took 40 minutes to get AAA there only to find out there was not a spare in the car. So I had to go back through the process to call for a Tow Truck. It was going to be another 90 minute wait. That is a long time for a woman to be stranded alone on the freeway. I thought the commercial says "they will pick you up". So here is my best advise on questions to ask - is there a spare, and how to open the trunk. That is a story for another time.

I reserved our vehicle online about a week beforehand. When we picked it up they were friendly and gave us a choice between several vehicles. We chose a little red ford sonic, it only had about 6000 miles on it and we had zero problems with it. It had navigation that came in handy through Apple play. We returned the car without any problems and we were charged the amount we agreed to when we reserved the vehicle online, no surprise fees. The staff is very friendly and helpful we will definitely rent a car from them again!

Great service and friendly staff! Were not pushy on additional insurance and etc. I wanted a particular car and they located one for me. Much lower price then Hertz. I will defiantly use them next time.

No problems at all with our rental in Washington state. The car we wanted was ready and waiting for us and we were professionally ushered to the car by a person who provided us with all the information we needed about the rental. We both surveyed the car (something other rental companies don't typically do) to identify any current damage and we were on our way! Our return in Oregon was just as uneventful.....no waiting with the check-in. Thanks Enterprise for a great experience!
