After reading some dismal reviews for other SeaTac rental car companies, we chose Enterprise and we're SO glad we did. We reserved an AWD SUV (forecast called for snow and ice). The counter rep (Gabriel) was professional and courteous (we lucked out with NO line). Shuttle to the car pickup was a breeze (very helpful and professional van drivers). When the AWD we got into presented Apple Car Play issues, representative Marcos jumped into action and went above and beyond to find us a suitable alternative. Every car we climbed into was SPOTLESS (a rare thing with rental cars lately). Pricing was transparent -- no hidden or surprise fees upon return. The return process itself (before the crack of dawn) was seamless and efficient. I will DEFINITELY use Enterprise the next time we rent at SeaTac.

Among all the rental companies that I dealt with, I had one of the most pleasant experiences with Enterperise. Their rates may not be the lowest, but they are competitive. They offer the option to buy their insurances but they are not pushy. I highly recommend doing business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Enterprise is the best out there. However the car I rented in Seattle recently did not have a USB port so I couldn’t charge my phone. However a small inconvenience.

The process of picking up and returning the car in Seattle was extremely easy. From the time we stepped on the shuttle at the terminal to the time we rolled out of the rental car facility was maybe 10 minutes. Ezra was very welcoming and friendly when we got to the garage and made sure to answer all our questions.

The rental agreement was completed on line so we were able to bypass the counter and go straight to our car. We were also given a list of or restaurants with employee recommendations. A wonderful experience overall.

Skip the counter. Checkin via email. Walk directly to the cars, pick a car, leave. So flipping easy.Very happy I ditched Hertz who could never consistently provide a skip the counter experience.Great location great experience

The people were all great and very nice and kind. However my first car the tire pressure light went on immediately and the car was getting 7mpg (a tiny Volkswagen hatchback). The second car was a Buick and the most ridiculously convoluted car I’ve ever driven in my life. Which I know isn’t enterprises fault but I highly suggest they discontinue it from their fleet. There’s not stick shift but instead buttons for gears, which you have to press the side of the button not even the top. The +/- buttons on the wheel shift the car, which it’s normal to assume that would be volume buttons so suddenly I was shifting up and down. The car has different settings for music volume and gps volume but you can only control gps volume while it’s actively talking (which if the problem is you can’t hear it, was a challenge). At least take the time to explain the car if you’re going to rent it out.

The process was easy, affordable and they gave me necessary information on how to get the shuttle from the airport ect. All fee's and extras were easily explained and in the agreement. The only issue was a Crack in the windshield wasn't pointed out and therefor I didn't know if it happened during my rental or not . When I returned the car it was pointed out and explained it had been filled and ok. But it made my rental time a bit stressful if I was responsible or not.
