Cool looking supply shop with a good selection of Marmot stuff. At the beginning of October 2022 they had a lot of under garments and shirts at 50% off. Most of the shirts for men were smalls. Nice place in you forgot something on your travels.

John and Frank went above and beyond in taking care of me. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having my package stolen by porch pirates. John and Frank found a fair solution and we all worked together on the claims process. Two thumbs up for fantastic customer service. It's a big part of what keeps bringing me back to this brand! I had the oddest and most frustrating encounter with customer service regarding an on-line order. I placed an order on-line and received a confirmation email. A couple of days later I received an email from the company saying my order was canceled. I contacted a rep on live chat. She told me that the order was canceled because they could not verify my address with the credit card issuer.(?) I initially thought that perhaps I mistyped my address, but I confirmed with the rep that they had my correct address. I'm perplexed but I went back to the ExOfficio web site and placed the exact same order, this time using another credit card. Same thing happened - order canceled. Same reason. I contacted my credit card company and they advised me that the transaction had been approved. I contact customer service again, and I am told the same story. I tried to explain that a credit card transaction would be rejected if the address provided didn't match my address of record. Their response was "I'm sorry, we can't place the order if we can't verify you address". I went back and forth with them until their final response was "we're sorry that your expectations were not met". Expectations not met? You mean like not having my order filled for no logical reason, forgive me for being unreasonable. I suppose I could have used PayPal, but I was too pissed to want to give them my business.

I was really pleasantly surprised at the service experience at the Bellevue Mall. I went to return items received online and the person there, Melvin was very helpful and cheerful doing that and helping me with another item. Wish all retail people can be so cheery and nice.

This is for the absolutely horrible "customer service"!! I have attempted to contact this company four times now about an order-three times via email which were all completely ignored and once via phone. I thought the phone call with customer service would result in me getting shipping information but it did not!! I am not looking forward to trying to now get my money back from this company and will be filing a dispute with BBB & my credit card. Disgraceful!!

I purchased the Bugsaway Halo Check L/S shirt at the Exofficio airport store in Seattle. I flew home (hundreds of miles away) only to discover that the shirt was sewn wrong and the shirt was unwearable. I called the store and was told I could drive back to Seattle to return the shirt. There was no offer to send me a replacement shirt with a return label. Very poor customer service. Do not purchase from them.

I love Ex Officio clothes, but they have some severe sizing problems; AND if you ever need to contact them by phone to talk to a human - - forget it. Their phone lines overflow, they don't answer email, their chat is a joke. The company is a mess. Only buy their stuff when you can try it on......forget dealing with the on-line store or their warranty dept. I own bunches of their clothes - 30 -40 pieces, but I think I will boycott them due to their utterly lousy customer service. Larry White,

I ordered 8 pairs of Give-N-Go Briefs on August 30. I was told that they would be arriving via "FedEx 3-Day Shipping" on September 3. On September 5, I received an email thanking me for my order, asking me how I liked the briefs, and asking me to write a review of the briefs, with a link included to the review. The only problem is that I had not yet received my order and I became very concerned. So I left multiple phone messages, because no one was picking up the ExOfficio Customer Service line (At one point, I waited 45 minutes on hold, and still no one picked up), messages via the ExOfficio website "Contact Us" page, and also emails via the website. Amazing, not one person from the company was thoughtful enough to contact me and reassure me. Finally, I noticed that they have a web chat option and I tried this. At this point it was September 9. I was told that my order had not been sent out yet. I asked why I was sent an email asking me how I liked the briefs when it was not sent out yet and I was brusquely told that this is sent out automatically. I asked why no one thought to contact me and let me know that there was a delay in my order and again, I was responded to brusquely that this customers are never contacted when there is a long delay in an order. There was no apology or even an attempt to try to understand my frustration. I finally received the briefs on September 14. I must say that I am not impressed with them. I compared them to my old Ex-Officio briefs and they seem to me of a less strong material and quite cheaply made. I have a long history and buying and using Ex-Officio products, but due to my poor treatment by Ex-Officio and the shoddy nature of this product, I will not be doing any more business with Ex-Officio.
