Their system does not work and the people are extremely rude. This location is the reason I will never rent with Hertz again after previously only booking through them. Trust me, you don’t want to start off your vacation on a bad note this way. It’s very worth it to book elsewhere.

This hertz sucks. They added $300 in charges for a liability coverage add-on that I verbally declined at the counter. My rental was twice as much as it should have been. Im never renting here again

At check in they lied to us saying they would charge a temporary deposit after we had prepaid the reservation but in fact they modified our contract under our nose and it ended up being $600 of non refundable extra fees and insurance that I NEVER agreed to or even know about!! Looking at the reviews this is VERY common and should be considered fraud. Hertz is disgusting, don’t rent from them people! So many reviews from this location that have gone through the exact same issue as me and no one is getting their money back. I called them TWO DAYS after my two week rental started because I got charged twice (or so I thought) was told they would look into it only to never be contacted again. After a month I finally got a hold on someone only to be told that it was for the insurance which I had absolutely no idea about and never agreed on getting. This is fraud and should be illegal.

Wow! What a terrible experience with Hertz this time. Picked up the car and it smelled like someone had been smoking in it (which I assumed had been known since the windows were down when I picked it up). The next day in the daylight we could see that the seats were filthy, mud & dirt all over them. Then I get hit with a $400 smoking fee! This will be the last time I use Hertz at in Seattle. I filed a claim and was denied by the location manager. If you used this location report EVERYTHING wrong with your car.

This place will not help you out at all past just picking up a car. Cars parked in wrong stalls, dirty vehicles and if your property is left behind, they won’t look at any surveillance footage or contact people who pick up that car. Terrible service and a terrible location.

Moh and Nabeel saved me today! I barely returned the car on time, and on top of that, I left my wallet in the car. Both made it a point to flag me down (chase me down was more like it), get me my wallet, and drive me to the terminal so I would be able to check in luggage/board my flight on time. Truly amazing customer service and I'm very lucky to have crossed paths with them today!

Be cautious if you decide to use this company. They will charge for extra service even if you decline. I had a rental through them and declined all extra services, the employee who helped me whom was previously sleeping at the counter was quite irritated that I declined anything extra on the vehicle. I signed assuming I was getting what I had asked for (my bad for trusting the employees honesty) only to see an additional charge for the extra services I did not want. I promptly called customer service only to be told that they have my signature and are unable to do anything about it. I will never use this company again or recommend to anyone.

What a disaster tried to pick up a car that was reserved several days in advance from Hertz at the Seattle airport. Some issue that ZIP Code didn’t align with Credit Card sent us back to another counter and 30 minutes later got to drive out. Crazy getting from the airport to the rental car area, then crazy to have an issue and you just can’t use another credit card simply Not a fan
