Horrible experience. No one came up to us when we went to drop the car off. I actually thought the place was closed. When we got back we waited over 30 min for the shuttle. When we called to check the associate just did not care. Put me on hold and just hung up. Do not park here!!

In November 30, 2023 we left our car there. The guy on the front was rude he charged us extra money for showed up 10 minutes earlier and he didn’t let me use the restroom even tho when I was a client and I had a new born baby ( 0 empathy ). They ask you for your car key which is so wired. Honestly giving 2 starts because the shuttle guy.

They should have clearer instructions on what the steps should be. This is my first time using a parking service near the airport and it was stressful. We booked on Way which had a call shuttle button. When we got our luggage and hit the button to call, the person answering the phone said they are having a busy night and something about my ticket number “can you — your ticket number?” In the chaotic environment at the airport, I couldn’t get what they were saying and read them my ticket number but that wasn’t it. I asked them to enunciate but they got frustrated that I didn’t understand and started repetitively yelling the word I didn’t get which was scary and still not clear what they were saying. In the end I finally got it that they wanted me to text the number. If they just took down the number when I read it, it would take a lot less time. If texting the number is the norm and the step we should take when trying to get a shuttle at the airport, it should be clearly instructed somewhere. I don’t blame the employee as it was indeed a busy and stressful night for them, but the company should make their instructions and what to expect clearer. For example, it seems like we don't really need to ever call shuttle and should just wait at the proper area for it to come on its own schedule? If instructions were clearer, people would make fewer unnecessary phone calls and their employees would be less stressed at busy times.

We will definitely be leaving our car here on our next vacation! Greqt customer service, shuttle was fast for pick up and we were told our battery died and they jumped it for us and had it running and waiting warm for when the shuttle dropped us off! Very impressedThank you MVP

The person who “claimed” he was, the owner was rude and disrespectful. We have been parking there for years, but before we even entered the parking lot —he walked over to us and loudly told us we weren’t going to be able to park there because we had an oversized vehicle, (we have a truck) even though we had already made reservations and paid. He was unhelpful, negative, and unwilling to try to correct his mistake in anyway. The worst parking experience we’ve ever had —I would suggest never parking there. We certainly won’t! Will definitely be calling the Better Business Bureau!

I called since the shuttle was pulling away as I walked up. The guy who answered the phone was unnecessarily rude, he said ‘wait 30 minutes’ and hung up. Try using any of the other shuttle services to get to SeaTac, they come by a lot more often and I imagine are probably more professional.

Terrible experience. Booked through a third party site. Not mention of valet parking anywhere. John… the guy that pretends he’s the owner refused to answer my questions about how often my car would be moved over a 4 day stay or any other questions and used the statement “I refuse to serve your kind.” Even though I paid up front he refused to allow me to park there. Bizarre experience. No issues parking in a lot nearby. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

All the staff I interacted with was warm and service minded -- except the owner.Never got my confirmation email. And the sullen owner said, "if you don't have your QR code, I can't help you."I started to ask bou that... "Really, can't you look up my reservation by..."He interrupted me. "I'm going you help him," pointing to the guy who was just walking in."Same problem.With two of us challenging him, he looked up my reservation with my last name. It took NO MORE than 15 seconds to look me up.He looked up the other guy just as swiftly. "Never again," the owner said.Other options. Won't return.

First thing- the staff was very friendly so nothing personal against them- so one star is strictly for being nice. 1. They make you leave your keys. Red flag number one. 2. They don’t have very many shuttles- so we were left waiting for about 50 min. We saw other shuttles pass through multiple times so this was frustrating. 3. If the person moving your car to the entrance for you to pick up forgets your car- you have to wait until everyone in front of you gets their keys. Then. They will get your car. 4. If you are unlucky enough to be there before the person whose car is in front of you- you get to wait to leave until they pack everything up, strap their child in, answer a call, triple check the map, go to the bathroom, and fill up their water bottle. The whole ordeal was nearly two hours long. Not going to use them again.

Wife used this lot for a 4 nights, got charged for 5 days. John the manager (who claimed to be the owner) was extremely rude when trying to discuss reservation vs. what was charged. John refused to give her the key and put it back in the safe until (overcharged) payment cleared...told her "I know your kind; you'll jump the counter". How is such blatant theft, dishonesty and racism tolerated in a blue state in 2023?
