Great location, nice staff, only complaint was there was 3 small bugs found in my room. Hoping it was a one and done situation at least for peace of mind.

Stayed at the hotel two separate occasions during my visit The first night and the last in the Seattle area I can tell you that the girls at the front desk give love if they're shown love and no problem with anyone they gave me a late check out on my day cause I was taking the red eye they held my luggage while I went to visit downtown Seattle in the Seaport market area. The shuttle is fine little inconvenience in the beginning, getting picked up, but not the underworld. The Chinese food restaurant really has nothing to do with the hotel. Food is OK. My room is clean neat and very comfortable It suited my needs, but no, it is not a five star hotel but I'm giving you five stars because I had no bad experiences

Creepy early american dump motif complete with rude front desk staff who will hang up on you and then ignore the ring if you try to call back - AVOID this property if at all possible!!!

The entrance is a nightmare to navigate as it is narrow and used for both coming and going, The rooms have NO USB ports to charge electronic devices, also NO small refrigerator to keep my insulin, The Ginger Palace restaurant is horrible. Had breakfast of 3 pieces of burnt bacon, eggs both burnt on one side and runny of the other, hashbrowns were the kind you buy frozen in the store plus only ONE piece of toast, Not the best place to stay, might be ok if all you need is a place to park your butt for a night but sure not four nights.

They would not hold my bags, pre check in. Double tree held mine for free just down the road. Hospitaly industry? Never going to book Ramada again.

Hotel is very basic and could definitely use some updating. The room itself was clean and beds were comfortable. Shuttle service to/from airport is very convenient. For an overnight stay, this hotel is good place to stay.

Do not recommend! Horrible ! Especially the bathroom. Hair stuck on the shower wall, mold on the ceiling. Bathroom door dirty ! Also in the hallway, there were wires everywhere.

Nice clean room. Employees not real personable. Not near enough handycap parking. Amenities say that they have a free breakfast. They do NOT. They do have a restaurant where the lobby is, but it's a Tahi restaurant that has American food too. American food looks to be prepackaged on the menu board. The front desk said you are to purchase breakfast there. It's been 4 years. The amenities online should be updated by now. When you choose by that amenitie, and find its not there, that's false advertising. Very disappointed.

The hotel is run down and dirty. The carpets in the room made me scared to walk on them. They have definitely seen some crime scene tape. As soon as I stepped off the 2nd floor elevator I was chased down by a 20ish year old man asking me for my room number and wifi code. It appears as if he was sleeping in an open area inside the hotel, just up the stairs from room 201. He followed me down the hall begging me for the wifi password. He finally turned around and went back to his sleeping area. This did not make me feel very safe, especially arriving in the middle of the night and being alone. The hotel room door does have extra locks on the inside and it appears some type of alarm system but I was to tired to figure out how it worked. They decided it was super important to cut down a tree right outside my room starting at 7am and continued with a chainsaw until 11am. Im not sure if this is a west coast thing but there was no shower curtain. So the bathroom floor absolutely flooded while I showered.
I booked this hotel because I needed something affordable, last minute and close to the airport. Its a 30.00 lyft ride.
