Nobody that works here wants to... at least that's how it feels when you talk to them. The place was clean and affordable, so it's not the worst.

Absolutely awful! Worst place I’ve ever stayed And if you have kids absolutely stay away. Front desk lady very rude wouldn’t help until she was done with her cell phone and texting yelled at me over the phone then hung up very unprofessional! They had a staffs birthday party going on blasting music from 7pm until 12am impossible for you to get your baby to sleep or yourself $200 for 2 sleepless nights and they denied refunds to anyone complaining spend your money and time anywhere but here! Horrible place

Terrible experience. 45 minute wait for courtesy van. It was starting to snow and cold. Rude clerk on night check in, charged more than my reservation receipt. Claimed airport had higher taxes. Ice machine broken on my level, she never mentioned that when I checked in, only later after I went back down. Elevator stopped working, other guests upset with that and other problems such as their reservation not showing, only food is a pan-asian cafe with bar in the lobby which was terribly expensive. Morning van driver did not help with bags at all, fellow guest loaded them all. I expected more from a Ramada. The morning clerk was pleasant though.

THEY ALLOW HOMELESS PEOPLE TO WANDER HALLS. I’m not the pickiest when it comes to hotels but I have a problem when my family feels unsafe so leave the room. A random homeless man was sleeping and doing drugs in the stairway and no one at the front desk was available to help. If you have children or family DO NOT STAY HERENoteworthy details: A nodding off tweaker in the building!!

Only stayed here for a quick overnight layover. I have the bare minimum standards, I just wanted a simple shuttle to avoid having to stress too and from a shower and quick sleep. No even shuttle after waiting 45 minutes. Was told during booking I could call to find out exact shuttle times, but no numbers worked. Was told during check in that the shuttle ran every 30 minutes but the lady hadn’t seen him in a while.

If there is a prize for the most unwelcoming, ugly, and off-putting hotel lobby, this place wins it hands down. It gives the feeling of an abandoned motel where travelers are forced to shelter in a storm. Bizarre lighting, weird tucked-away Asian-ish food spot (maybe?) occupies one corner; front desk features a shuttle schedule too worn to read and hanging on with dirty scotch tape, and a single disaffected pissed-off looking staff person. My first room had what looked like blood drips on the carpet in front of the bathroom. Staff did accommodate my request for a new room - and the second room was pleasant and clean. If you’re driving, this hotel is difficult to access. The entrance is poorly marked, parking is up a hill behind the hotel and through a beat-up chain link gate, and unmarked. There is barely any room for a vehicle to park at the entrance to let people and luggage out. I’m amazed this place is able to meet local codes. If you’re looking to shave a few dollars off lodging costs, keep looking.

I called just to see if they had a a shuttle from the airport. I was told they did but wouldn't send it until I had my bag. Once I had my bag I called back. They said I had to go to the pickup location then call back. I went out to a pickup location and called a 3rd time. I was told I had to go to a certain location then call back again. When I finally got to the location they wanted me at, they wouldn't answer the phone or they would hang up whenever I called. I considered getting a cab or Uber but just kept calling back. I called at least 10 times and the front desk clerk finally answered. Front desk have the personality of a bar of soap. She gave me a key to a room that would not unlock so I had to get the key done again by this incompetent front desk clerk. The hotel lobby and halls look kind of bad but the rooms are nice.

5 stars for the quality of hotel had no issues that the previous reviews stated. Hotel had a smell of pot, but then again nowadays it smells like pot everywhere. My room was clean. Hotel was quite. Staff was really nice. The restaurant in the hotel had some of the best chicken wings I have eaten great flavor and crunch. Overall I would return to this place. Price of fair room was clean. As a side note no microwave in room(my guess is it's keeps bugs away) , and the only vending machines that work are on the lobby floor.

It was a great place to crash for a few hours before catching a super early flight. There is a Vietnamese restaurant in the lobby, which was fun. The airport shuttle was on time at 3:30 AM.

Don’t do it!! I’ve never written a negative review about a hotel experience because understandably, they’ll never be perfect, but this one was irritating. When we arrived, no one was at the desk so we waited patiently. Eventually a woman shows up and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to check us in, which took all of 30 seconds. Her attitude really was ridiculous and unnecessary. Grow up or get a job you don’t hate. Then we go to park & we’re hounded by a parking lot attendant asking how long we’re staying, claiming there was a $15 parking fee if we were “flying out” from there. We told him we had a parking slip from the front desk and after some confusion, he left us alone and we weren’t charged but it was strange. Good start. We get to our floor, and it REEKS of weed. I’m an occasional smoker but even I was bothered by that. Then, even though it wasn’t a busy weekend, they seemed to have put every guest next to/on top of each other and we lost sleep to blaring TVs, banging, heavy footsteps above us, and an electrical outlet that flickers, creating a weird strobe effect when the light is off. Please don’t waste your money, there are lots of other places in the area, and these people don’t seem to give a s*%!
