Good service for storing a box of frozen fish. Freezer was at 7 degrees F. It is out of the way, but easy to access between baggage claim areas 9 and 10.

Was told to be back at 1045 pm came back at 1030 just to be safe and they are already closed my flight leaves at 5am what to I do this is not good service especially when their sign says 11pm closing will fully expect the shipping expense to be paid for and shipped to my house overnight

We decided to leave our luggage here instead of dragging it around the city. It’s definitely convenient and useful, but highly overpriced (like anything at the airport). Check their website for prices – you pay per bag. Make sure you keep your receipt to show them upon return. FYI it’s located between baggage claims 9 and 10, by the exit.

During opening hours you have to wait 25 minutes before the employee comes back.She wasn't the brightest candle on the cake either ?, very unfriendly, annoyed, taciturn.The packing device is broken - apparently for a long time based on the dust on the control display.

If there were no stars I would award that number. Been waiting 35 minutes. No one at the counter or no one answers phone. Can’t get my bag!!!! Do not use!!!

Really friendly staff! It was a great way to explore the city and visit museums without having to haul my luggage. Very reasonable prices.

I love Smarte Carte! It is so helpful for me to have a place to store my luggage for several hours. There is never a line, check-in is very quick/smooth, and it is always very quick to pick up my luggage. I wish there was a Smarte Carte at every airport. Beverly helped me today and she was so friendly and helpful! Really great customer service.

Very stupid company. We stored our bags there and told them we will be back at 12 to get our luggage. But when we came back only to find they are not there and on one answer their phones and only a sigh said they won’t come back until 12:30?!! Wrf. If they told us they won’t be there until 12:30 then we wouldn’t store our bags there also what is the purpose to fill a form and told them we will be back at 12 if they don’t honor it! DO NOT STORE BAGs THERE, this company should be bankrupt!!!

IF you're ever wondering where the carts are at even though you see a lot of OTHER people with it...their "jackpot" (said by Jackie) is Customs/International Airlines, because ALL OF THE INTERNATIONAL PEOPLE ALWAYS HAS A LOT TO BRING COMING FROM THEIR COUNTRY SO THEY BRING IT THERE!! don't apply here because even if your mother is hospitalized they WILL fire you. even former employees who would talk to me in the hallways would tell me to find a better job because they'd treat me unfairly no matter how hard I work, did i believe them? no, and did I end up being treated unfairly? yes.
