I took my sprinter van in to get an inspection. I have not gotten any work done yet.
I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection report.
I highly recommend you check them out. I will be using their services for future repairs.

I called to get a quote for service and asked some questions about their pricing and labor. They refused to answer my questions, told me they’re not interested, and hung up the phone while I was mid sentence. They were extremely rude and I will gladly take my money to a shop with better customer service.

Had a truck break down on a Sunday afternoon in Seattle, hours from home. By chance of luck, we found Sound Auto Care. They helped us work thru the issues and communicated the problem and fix. Really appreciate the whole team, Jeff was our point man, and he was great. Thanks Sound Auto Care!

I have taken my Mercedes Sprinter van to Sound Auto Care several times to complete engine repairs/ preventative services and would recommend them to anyone!! They communicate great and were a fraction of the price of the Mercedes dealership. Plus they secured my vehicle so I didn't have to worry about it getting broken into. I definitely can't say that about Mercedes of Seattle ( I will never ever take my vehicle back there. wicked expensive, they damaged my vehicle, and it got broken into cause they don't have proper security. The worst).
Sound Auto Care will be the only mechanic shop working on my Mercedes Sprinter Van. When my 4 runner needs a repair, I will be bringing that vehicle to them as well.

Jeff, Penny and the rest of the team are great. It was nice to have a shop come drive our car in for us as well as return it after the work was done. Their work is top notch. You get photos of everything they do under the hood. Our SHO is running smooth. Sound Auto Care has our business.

This was the first maintenance service I've done since acquiring my pre-owned car. I called several service shops that were recommended to me by others who own similar models. Jeff at Sound Auto Care provided me with the most detailed estimate of services needed along with exact cost quotes in writing (that is, email!). I felt assured that only necessary work would be done—dealerships almost always follow their service guides and replace parts, such as filters, whether they're needed or not. Sound Auto sent photos of parts, including filters, explicitly showing what did need to be done. All around a most pleasant experience!

Unfortunately my 2007 Ram 2500 started having a Transmission issue a week ago. Fortunately for me, I have taken my vehicles to Sound Auto Care. Jeff and the Sound team again took great care of my truck, provided great communication and updates with pictures and recommendations, sourced and provided the best replacement parts for the best value to me. They had my truck ready to go and back on the road, running better than ever, in a very reasonable time frame. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Service. Thanks Again Jeff!!!!!

I have been coming to see Penny and Luis for over 10 years and it is always a pleasure. Penny greets me at the counter by name and with the big smile and reviews the work to be completed then I get an email/text with a review of what we talked about. No matter if it is a big job or just an oil change I have great confidence That the work will be done well, and the car delivered as promised. I will never take my cars anywhere else

So glad to have found this place. Detailed photos and videos of vehicles inspection. Also includes estimates for differed work that will need to be addressed. Super friendly and understanding of getting your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. Trust this shop. I am a customer for as long as I drive!

Wow what can I say, Great place for auto repair, good care, quality, attention to customers, and technicians with knowledge, experience and most important Honesty, all you can ask for auto repair shop that only a few have, and even a good place to work and developed knowledge, what most shop can't fix they can.
