License plates stolen here within 4 days!! Waited an hour for pickup (first driver drove right by us at the pickup location). Good price but will not be using this again at all.

This is the worst place I have parked. The parking lot is full most of the time. The space between the slots is very small; it is extremely difficult to turn around in the aisle or park in or out of the slot. The roads and aisles are full of holes. There is no service person at the gate or anywhere. The scan machine at the gate is not working well, so if you have a reservation on your phone, it will take some time to scan. Overall, this place is so badly managed. I will never park there again.

We had to wait 25 minutes at the airport for the shuttle, and when it finally arrived, it was completely full. The driver told us we’d need to wait another 20 minutes for the next one. We lost so much time! If they had at least warned us about the 45-minute wait, we would have taken an Uber instead. Very disappointing - I wouldn’t recommend this parking lot !!!

I park here a lot. I walk to the airport so I can’t comment on the shuttle. It’s a short walk and nice to walk before and after a flight. They have good prices also and whoever I text about letting me out of the parking lot is always friendly.

We've been using Star Parking for years, a parking lot next to SeaTac airport with shuttle service to and from. Reserving a spot ahead of time is recommended, with prices here being pretty much the lowest of any parking lot for the airport. Getting into the lot can be tough since the only entrance now is in the gas station parking lot, so don't follow any map directions. Once inside, you find a spot and a shuttle comes to pick you up shortly. Sometimes it can take upwards of 10-15 minutes to get picked up, but it's only a few minutes drive to departures. The buses are clean and safe. The drivers are hit or miss, we've had some great ones and some awful ones, but with it being a few minutes, it's all about convenience. Overall it's a good spot with ok service, but your priority is getting to the airport quickly and this lot is so close, nothing else matters.

Had to wait 45 min for the shuttle once I returned. When I asked, they said they were delayed due to a motor vehicle accident at the arrival but all the other buses were making it just fine. Saw the same fox bus 3 times while waiting. Guess you get what you pay for

They overbooked their lot the day I parked. Their last space wouldn’t fit the big pickup trying to park but I managed to squeeze in after a few minutes of maneuvering. The place is a dump, with a chunk of it unpaved. I’ll never use that lot again.

Left my car there for 5 days and it was untouched when I returned. Highly recommend using this service. When I arrived the shuttle driver met me at my car before I even let them know I was there and picked me up from the airport quickly as well upon return. Great customer service, friendly employees, and affordable parking.

This was literally the worst customer service that I have ever had. I was treated so rudely and then charged another day when my flight was delayed even though I was told that if I got there by a certain time I would be good. When I complained about their rudeness to the employee on duty, he simply smiled at me and told me to have a nice day. Horrible place. I would pay double to park with one of the other places.

Worst customer service. Unfortunate because the are close to the airport. I ended up ubering to and from the lot after waiting forever. Every time I’ve called or interacted with an employee they’re annoyed and hostile. Worth the extra few bucks to park at MasterPark or DoubleTree

I have booked a spot (187) for parking for about a 5 days. After my vacation was complete. Getting out the airport I called the number I was given. The agent asked me for the stall # and my name, he told me shuttle on the way, so my wife and I waited for an hour or so for the shuttle to arrive. Although after call call few times. Customer service sucks, the driver was screaming and argued with the customer right in shuttle. This is the worst experience I have had.

Came back to truck window smashed, 10+ cars broken into in the lot. We were the first to realize and filed a police report. Employee at the lot was nice and was on the phone with I’m assuming the manager…we were told we would be refunded for the parking and to call in the morning. Of course we called in the morning and they knew nothing about it and refused to refund. So if you want to pay crazy money for a parking space and repairs to your vehicle upon your return then this is the place to go!
