Security took 5-8 minutes, but this Starbucks took about 30 minutes for my cappuccino and an additional 5-10 minute wait for my pastry. Luckily I was not time-pressed but 30+ minutes is totally unacceptable regardless. This is Starbuck's home town, and this is what they offer here??

Probably the worst airport Starbucks I have ever been to... The cashier barely spoke English so we knew there was a possibility something could go wrong with our drinks. When we got our drinks, they were made wrong (regular cold brew instead of vsc cold brew) so we kindly asked the workers at the pickup stand to remake it or add sweet cream, showing them our receipt. They finally did after a long exchange of argument over the drink and dirty looks. TLDR; service sucks, coffee was meh, go to the Starbucks in the main terminal or elsewhere

So I actually work for this company and the lady who made my drink was so rude so disrespectful because she made my drink wrong and I asked her to remake it to standard she was an older lady who definitely shouldn't be working their !

People don't understand that when they come to the airport to expect lines and longer waits, higher prices. Can't find a deal at the airport. The girls work extremely hard with being short staffed and intentions aren't to make your day bad. If you have 10 mins until your flight...don't go. That way nobody is unhappy. Take a chill pill and grab something from a vending machine. WEAR YOUR MASKS!! Figure out your states protocols for mask wearing before you leave your house, social distance and show some respect. Everyone wants to have a decent day and arguing with the baristas isn't the way to go about this.

DO NOT GET COFFEE HERE! These people shouldn’t even be baristas. I paid $7 for each drink and had 3 drinks, all SIMPLE pumpkin cream cold brews and she had to remake it 3 times and i ended up with a regular cold brew that’s looks like an iced coffee. Would highly not recommend unless you want to pay a lot of money for trash.

Ask for a blonde roast pour over, they had to ask two other people working there if they knew they could do it, but they did make for me and it was a good flavor. The line there was a lot shorter than some of the other Starbucks because the terminal was kind of dead. Walking through the terminal with a bunch of walking zombies with mask on This is ridiculous, my opinion anyway.

SeaTac baggage claim Starbucks....I had Bad experience ever, barista name Joyce she messed up my drink no flavor at all. Bad customer service No experience.

At SeaTac airport. Worst place ever no seating people takeing up multiple seats . Employees said they could not ask people to move things off chairs. Lost Vino Vola a high end wine bar not there cheap commercial stuff. Emplyees who cant even speak to the wines they have.

WOW! Worst Starbucks ever!! Usually Starbucks employees are super friendly. This was not the case. Not greeted, nor a thank you. Felt like I was a bother to Kim who took my order. Interior was nice..however, I think Starbucks should rethink where there money is spent and give these employees some classes on customer service. They all seemed very unhappy and no eagerness to want to move and get people on their way. So sad. Thank god I'm out

Got in early morning from a flight and needed a cup of coffee. Nobody in line, but took 15 minutes because the employees continued to serve the TSA staff as they walked up and ignored me. After serving 4 airport employees while I stood there, I asked about my drink. Nothing but negative attitude coming my way after that. Needless to say, I didn’t leave a tip. Poor service at Starbucks? That’s a first for me.

Work in airport, and this location by baggage is ideal to hit on my way home. But...it is always a disappointment, poor attitude with service and always a lousy drink. The other airport locations are great!
