We had a bit of an issue with an outgoing shipment. We were able to quickly resolve it and Lanu in particular was patient and professional with the whole process. Good recovery on a tricky situation.

The people are very nice and they are very fast and efficient to help you get what every you are trying to get done. Nice combination!

Been here a couple dozen times over the years on business and never really had a problem. Not my favorite air cargo, but has always worked out.
