They absolutely suck they delayed my package for 10 days because they don’t know how to do their job and had my package bouncing between Redmond Seattle and bothell USPS it’s the worse thing ever

This is the best post office in the area; I've been to at least half a dozen and this is the only one I like. Bal, Dennis, and Triet are all so friendly and helpful. Literally the only post office I have ever been to where the people working there are nice and don't ruin my day. I come here often to mail things for work and all three of them recognize me and know what I need done. It does get pretty busy but the line usually moves fast because the employees at least know what they're doing. This location also has the most parking of any other post offices I know of in the area

Worst mailman EVER. Ramon is his name, he has misdelivered our mail, sent our mail back to the post office, and does not make any attempt to knock on our door or deliver to our unit. If we have mail that does not fit in a package locker or needs a signature he holds it at the post office to be RETURNED TO SENDER without telling us. We have tried to communicate to him and the postmaster that we are a disabled home and cannot always get our mail every day, and we have basically been told to suck it up. Do everything you can to avoid this branch of the USPS. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD.

Triet and his other coworkers are so friendly and always make my day nicer after a visit! They have been patient, take care of my hundreds of hand written packages for my online sales for almost a full year and it’s always a pleasant experience. :)

These folks here have helped me multiple times and are great at the service they provide. The reviews do not show how hard they work and how much they deal with each day. They may not be the warmest face but the service is great and they're nice.
