I park here at least once, sometimes twice, a month.Abukar is usually my shuttle driver for my early morning flights. I hadn't seen him for a while but finally ran into him the other morning, only to learn his schedule had changed.What a kind and warm human. He is incredibly friendly and, I feel, very genuine when he checks in with me about my travels. I feel safe as his passenger.Plus this is an amazing service, overall, and so handy! It's a little more expensive than the big lots but I got off a flight at 6am this morning and the shuttle was waiting when I walked out of the airport.I just won't go if I can't park here (just kidding, I have to go, but I'd rather park here than anywhere else :D)

Horrible experience. First were redirected to another parking lot. At the second parking lot, the gate keeper took 10 mins for each car and when we reached the gate (after 40 mins), we were turned away. Had to find another parking last minute. Almost missed our flight. Beware.

ZERO star. We had a reservation here and when we arrived, there was no spot. They told us to go to the other parking lot and we end up double paying the parking with a much much higher price than we booked

Had paid reservations!!!! But when arrived was turned away because garage full.. was told”go to different company! And if they charge you contact us for refund” we’ll have been trying to contact Wally park and no response!!!! No parking and guess no refund either. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..besides not honoring a paid reservations their employees were rude about it like it was our fault.

Doesn't even deserve a star at all.I had a paid reservation made well ahead of my trip, showed up to the garage and was given a piece of paper and directed to another company to park there. First issue is I paid for a garage spot and not a parking lot. Second issue, they sent me to the wrong garage and lastly when I finally got to the correct company they said they told WallyPark to stop sending people to them.I was left to find other means of parking and pray that I made it to the airport with enough time to spare.WallyPark told me to call them back the next day for a refund. Couldn't even be bothered to offer an apology.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Bought a reservation days in advance, then showed up at 4am to no open spots. They directed me to park in a non-parking spot and then blocked in my van. You know how many spots you have and you know how many reservations you have, how do you oversell this? Especially when people are on a time crunch to catch a flight? Horrible will never do again

Great vehicle storage facility for short or long term parking. It is conveniently located to the airport (just minutes away) and has ample storage/parking.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is a ticketless facility, meaning you must make a reservation and check into the parking garage using a QR code or just use a credit card (make sure you use the same card to exit the facility)

Giving 0 stars.Never parked in this garage before but made a reservation for 9/30 at 3:30am- will be cancelling. Upon further investigation and a phone call to the garage today, this overpriced garage has NO SECURITY. Whatsoever.No cameras on entrances/exits or all levels of the parking garage floors.No staff.No police or security personnel present.And the customer service person on the phone I spoke with even admitted the garage is not secure, and auto theft and break ins happen routinely. Feel free to read through the reviews that are on Google- which showcase break-ins and stolen cars.No thanks.In what world would you run and operate an overpriced parking garage and think that security and cameras aren’t a necessity to aid against theft for you and your customers.

We parked in the garage for a week long trip and returned to find someone had broken into the car and been living in it! Called Wally Park and was promised a manager call. They never called back. They DO NOT PATROL THE GARAGE.

Driver refused to pick us up at our car.... we had to walk through the gravel all the way up the hill. On the return from the airport, we waited for almost 30 minutes for a pickup. For the cost.... we expected better service.

Today is Labor Day, the last day of this long weekend. Any sane person would know the number of customers would be higher than normal. And what happened? I arrived at Island 3A of the SeaTac airport; SEVEN shuttles for the SeaTac Premier Garage passed us without stopping because they were full.Today's Labor Day. Didn't you know you should increase the frequency of shuttles? Plus, why didn't you even ask your drivers to not fill up passengers at Island 1 and leave some seats for Island 3 customers? We waited for FORTY MINUTES for an available shuttle; when a shuttle finally came, the driver didn't help us load the baggages. If this is the level of service we should expect, I will stop coming to your garage in the future and encourage others to avoid you. It's absolutely unacceptable.Based on the above complaints, I am asking for monetary compensation for today's horrific and unacceptable level of service.

shuttle times were short, staff was friendly, when we landed we waited two minutes for a shuttle to get us! Quick and easy.

Love this place. Use it everytime we fly out. Great convenient location. Easy on and off access to and from the airport. Friendly staff and decently priced. 5 days was around $100. It secure and easy to find parking.
