“I was looking for a stylish LED Floor Lamp and found an amazing one at Kasala Outlet. It was the last one, a floor model (no box), final sale. I took it home, wrapped it as a gift and set it by the tree. On Christmas day while setting it up, we had trouble getting the lamp head to stay in the extended position. We needed a special tool. I scrolled through the Kasala website and found the "contact us" link and sent an email asking if they knew of a special tool to tighten the arm with a photo of the fastener. Within 90 minutes I had a response - on Christmas Day! David, their E-Comerce Sales Specialist responded to let me know he would look into it by reaching out to one of the stores the next day to see if they could locate the tool and send it to me. Three days later I received the tool and the lamp is perfect. I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received over the years from Kasala Stores and Outlet. Two leather sofas, a dining room table, 4 rugs and countless other home furnishings - I will keep coming back to them every time! Their merchandise is beautiful, their service is amazing!!”
“Good value. Very crowded most of them. Awful parking, but there is always some if you look. The biggest problem is horribly rude people. I lived in NY city for a time, and in comparison the customers in Costco stores are shameful. Starts in the parking lot, and only worsens once inside. The staff at all the stores are mostly nice and polite.”

“Original Costco. Schedule a free hearing test, be fitted for hearing aids and walk around the store with them while you shop - very convenient. Their brand is a rebranded top hearing aid manufacturer and much cheaper than other hearing boutiques. Batteries too. They are not audiologists so I saw one elsewhere and bought my devices here. Baked chicken tastes funny - chemical.”
“Randy went above and beyond! I have a small local auto detailing shop here in Kent upon detailing one of my clients vehicles I realized there was a leak inside of his brand new roll n lock bed cover. After going back in 4th with the manufacturer they sent me to competition specialties in kent! they were able to replace the bed cover instantly mind you this was not there fault but a manufacturer defect.... (i was able to pick up locally the same day) randy and team helped me through the entire process. If you are looking for after marktlet parts look no further than here. Owners if you are reading this you have a real winner with Mr.Randy he was able to turn a stressful situation into a positive outcome and you just don't find that in many employees anymore. “I’m usually picky with wine, whiskey etc, same goes for my coffee. The notes I picked up from the beans alone were enough to kick start my morning routine. The palate for each bag was delightful and not over roasted to hide unwanted flavors like some companies do. (subtle jab ?)Personal favorites are the Brazilian Estate and Bourbon-aged coffee. But be in the look out for their seasonal blends.I also learned that they partner directly with coffee farmers to source their beans which translates to better sustainability for the farms. Truly a win-win situation in my opinion while I enjoy every sip.”

“One door to unload but there's staging area for a few trucks unload went somewhat quick I showed up 45 minutes b4 appointment. Parking is a little tight if cars are parked in front of the door but not to bad. U can check in at door 37”

“The hotel was very clean and great customer service by the hotel staff. The hotel is very close to the 167 freeway and near many restaurants and bars. “Thrilled to have found this space! Although the storage area is not climate-controlled, due to the setup, it is dry and well-insulated. The temperature is comfortable in contrast to outside temperatures. The loading dock makes moving quick and easy. The restrooms are clean and very accommodating. The kitchen area is a fantastic bonus with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and tables. There is a lot of great meeting space for an impromptu brainstorming session and also private office space for confidential meetings. Access is available 24 hours and you get all of this at a very reasonable price. Terrence, the GM, is professional, friendly and great to work with. We feel very fortunate to have found ReadySpaces.”
“The ppl are really nice and try to get you in as soon as they can. My appointment was at 11:45, I arrived at 7, they couldn't check me in bc they didn't have my paperwork done yet, but when I came back in at 9 it was waiting on me. We got into the dock right away, and they are already on the truck.Now, the room to maneuver is slim, especially if there are other trucks in the docks. It's not a 53ft trailer, and any sleeper truck friendly unless you get a dock that doesn't have any other truck to your left, then all is good. Of course, that's not what we got, lol.Hell, I even tapped the rocks in front of the docks and cracked my bumper a bit. We all know how easily them damn things crack. So be careful. (Of course, I'm scheduled to get a deer killer installed next week. Oh well.)”

“Schilling Cider has various locations in Washington and Oregon. Hours for this taproom are fairly limited compared to their other locations and from what I've heard may be going through a remodel since I was last there which could mean slimmer hours or temporary closure.The cider I did get from here was very good and I was quite impressed with it. I got their London Dry cider. A dry, tart apple cider where the sweetness really compliments the beverage rather than it being too heavy handed with it's flavor. I've had other cider options from this cider company in the past and each time it's been an enjoyable one.”
