I'm not sure what happened, but the customer service at Wings has become horrible. I waited on my cell phone for over 20 minutes before hanging up and try this chat method. Now, I'm on hold again for the last 15 minutes. Super frustrating as a customer. Tim got with me after 17 minutes of waiting. He was very professional and assisted me, however, don't think I'll be banking here any longer.

I've been with Wings for 35 yrs. They no longer give good service. Go elsewhere and read all the other horrible reviews here.

Never obtain an auto loan from this shady credit union. I've paid $414 a month for 5 years on a 5 year loan. They're stating I still owe for the full amount- mentioned "fixed place insurance" even though I've had full coverage on my car since leaving the dealership. Nobody in their office knows what's going on. NEVER NEVER NEVER bank with these crooks

Sheila at this location is the best! Super helpful and makes sure you understand everything before going through with something. Quick service at this branch. Used wings when I lived in Minneapolis (where they have lots of locations) and am glad to have the same level of customer service after moving out west.

This is a horrible credit union and I strongly advise people NOT to do business with Wings CU. First off, I applied for membership with them which led to a hard inquiry on my credit score, and impacted my credit with them. I waited for almost 6 days to receive some kind of communication from Wings. I received an e-mail from Kristi Sellwood, one of their account services staff. She demanding that I send you a selfie holding my driver's license, as well as other documentation through insecure plain text e-mail. They have no secure portal for uploading these documents. This puts your security and identity at risk. I went along with it because I really wanted their interest account. That's why I went through the trouble of applying and having the hard inquiry on my credit report. After sending the required documents, two days later I just received a cookie cutter copy and paste e-mail from Mrs. Sellwood that said we can't verify your identity. Really? I sent everything that was required. You never even made any attempt to reach out to me personally. I feel that this credit union does not even treat their customers as human beings. You could have written a personal reply to the e-mail or called me.I called the main phone number for Wings, and after being on hold for over an hour, a customer service rep finally answers. After 15 minutes he said he absolutely could not find any record of my application. I guess Mrs. Sellwood just rejected it without any further communication, and it's just gone. So I got a hard inquiry negatively affecting my credit and they didn't even treat me well nor make any effort to communicate with me. The customer service rep on the phone then disconnected the call with me (possibly by accident), but after being on hold for over 1 hour, and to then being hung up on like that, and being told they couldn't find my application anywhere, I have to be honest, it really hurt and stung to be treated like that. I have sent multiple e-mails to Mrs. Sellwood asking for follow-up on the application, and she has not even bothered to respond. I wish I could file other consumer complaints against this business, and I am looking into options for doing this.

Sheila and Josh went above and beyond for me. I was approved a vehicle and they stayed 20 minutes past open for me just so I could drive! So thankful for there help and patience in this fast moving world!!

Arrived an HOUR before closing. They left early. We called HR only to be told that they don't know why no one is there and they can't contact anyone. Drove through Seattle traffic for two hours. Absolutely a disgusting joke. We will be closing our account immediately and taking this incident as far as possible.

They’re horrible so unprofessional. In order to close my credit card they just won’t close it . No ones been helpful at all on how to exactly close my credit card, I’ve just been told I’ll be charged $5 every month after I pay off the total amount which means my credit card will never fully be closed . Ridiculous.

Great people, great service. I've been using Wings since I moved from Minnesota. Even though they only have one branch in Washington and it's far away from me it's worth it for the service. I've never even considered switching!

The women that work here have always treated so kindly, are intelligent and very helpful, but, why is it that to call my local branch, I have to punch in my account number, then my pin, then sit on hold for 5 minutes, to then have to ask to transferred to the Seatac Branch, to then have to talk to an answering service. UGH!

I like the credit union but there are two things that they need to do. 1. Have a direct line phone number 2. Have longer business hours. They should stay open until 5:30pm. Being open until 4:30pm does not work. Most people are getting off at 4:30pm it makes it highly impossible for people to get whatever they need from them.
