This place is trying to get you sick. I bought 2 drinks that were expired by 2 and 3 months respectfully. I asked for refund of goods, basically a switch out and they accepted. I went and put 2 different drinks on the counter. I then come to find out one of the replacements is expired. Don't go to this place.

I was informed that the chicken rollerbites do not have cheese. However, when I took a bite, I saw that they actually contain cheese. I'm lactose intolerant, and getting the right info upfront would save people from health issues.

Stopped in for a peak, and snacks. They greet you every time you enter. Small convenience store. All snacks and toiletries. Was surprised to see toys, including Barbie dolls.

Only when I have to give a review! After leaving the store with my purchases I realized I’m missing a 20 dollar bill. I probably dropped it during my walk but it’s enough money to at least call and check the places you’ve been. So I called this ditty up especially after remembering the transaction being weird mostly in my part because I made another transaction immediately after the first and recall having my change from the first transaction and the cash drawer closed but the cashier was holding a 20. Why is he holding a 20 when the drawer is already closed and I have my change and I started with 2-twenties. So I bought something that costed $3, gave another 5 and got change back. Should have been 3-ones. So my fault as well because I didn’t even realize it till I was already out of the store and didn’t want to raise a stink for the new employee. Back to my calling this ditty up. Miss thang answered yada boink.. “I was in the store and may have dropped a 20 on the floor did anything turn up”. Now, miss Thang, she’s straight up which is nice “well if you did it’s not there anymore”. She says. So , totally ticked to get this out of the way I say “well would you mind checking the drawer at the end of the night and seeing if maybe you are over $20 I’ll check back tomorrow and go from there”.Sorry, this is the end of the story because after overhearing some words with her co worker she hung up. Like I said about Miss Thang, she’s straight-up. I’m glad to give a positive review. If your in a hurry, pick Miss Thang you won’t worry!

Abysmal, rude service. Inconsistent hours. Worst retail experience in Seattle. How is it possible that the company doesn't punish or try to rectify the problems with this dreadful franchisee?

It's hardly ever open. Multiple employees will be inside and not unlock the door for customers. It's pretty annoying because this is the closest store to my house, and I'm used to other 7-11 locations, being 24 hours and always open. Just tried to go in today, and the girl locked the door when she saw me walking up at 4:30 pm.

FOOD SAFETY HAZARDDoor locked 9pm Friday 26, 2022Came for pizza waited over 15 minutes.Opened door finally came back. Asked why door was locked 3 or 4 customers left, two of us waited. Suggested to put up sign for when he would reopen the store. He suggested I provide him one.Said he needs to lock the store to use rest rooms, etcAsked for whole meat lovers pizza. Told me to fetch it from cooler not freezer behind back counter. He then (I figured out later) WARMED a raw pizza in microwave did not actually cook pizza. It folded in half when he tried to box it. I know why now the pizza dough was raw. It's not a frozen precooked pizza. It's the fresh unfrozen raw ones they serve by the slice in the deli area. BE CAREFUL Buying DELI FOOD HERE. THEY MAY BE JUST WARMING ALL THE DELI FOOD IN THE MICROWAVE INSTEAD OF COOKING IT THOROUGHLY TO THE PROPER TEMPERATURE BEFORE SELLING IT TOO YOU!!!!IMPROPERLY COOKED PIZZATook it home was not even hot. Also uncut into slices. He thinks he's warming up a frozen cooked pizza.I realized after I tried to recook/reheat it in microwave the dough was raw.Had to heat up oven and cook it in the oven before edible. FOOD POISONING ANYONE. The middle was cold. Dough raw uncooked, not browned, not crisp.Called this young man by phone explained my pizza was uncooked. It's raw you can't just warm it in the microwave. It has to have a specific internal temperature to be safe to eat. Even though I recooked was not good made my stomach sick. Was raw, semi warmed pizza all the way home not safe not even really hot.He smart mouthed me on the call and said it was cooked in microwave properly. Explained to him I been buying whole DELI PIZZA for more than 10 years from the previous franchise.1st time I have ever received a half cold, unsliced pizza is since Corporate reopened this store. He also suggested I get my pizza elsewhereAlso one of the sedans previously parked to get gas advised me because of the extremely high ground car speed bumps in front of gas pumparea to just go somewhere else so not to damage underneath my car as it bangs it. He has high suspension on his carI believe I also told this same young man on a previous visit to let his manager know as customers with sedans such as I are buying gas elsewhere because of those high speed bumps. He was more interested in telling me I can't go and get my gas at the 7eleven on Rainier as it's closed.Tried to call manager during early day August 27 2022 got answering machine. So far leaving this store closed would be a vast improvement!!!!!!!Will go to Shell station first than go here.No gas no pizza really bad since reopened.Would have too remove gas pumps and underground storage tanks to rebuild and/or sell.Keep letting your clerk tell customers to go elsewhere.Lock the Doors constantlySell undercooked pizzaDon't fix overly high speed bumps by gas pumpsIt was well run and convenient before but speed bumps had gotten worse to get over - ground sinking in betweenNow it's NOT CONVENIENT ITS JUST BAD!!!!!

Not 24 hours. Understandable when it’s the end of the day, but not so much when it’s the middle of the morning/day. Unpredictable hours are inconvenient (for a convenient store). Workers are usually friendly.

I came in (late at night) with a dead phone trying to call an Uber to my friend's house. Eva and the team were amazing. They helped me find a phone charger, call an uber, and most importantly were pleasant / understanding / kind / delightful people while offering help entirely outside (what I assume is) their job description.Regardless, this is my favorite 7-11 now, without contest.

I went yesterday at 6:30pm to find a closed sign. Hmmm. Maybe you should pay your staff a living wage? I bet these bad reviews will turn around pretty quickly if you do…
