Credit card was skimmed after visiting here. Listen to the other reviews and don't bother.

I have been sitting Here for 10 minutes he would not let us in. It is 12 o’clock. The 7-Eleven says 24 hours on the app right now. I’m watching him decline my phone. He didn’t let two other customers and who are also upset about the issue. Let me show you right now.

Just got turned away at the door even though they are supposed to be 24/7. Seems like I'm not the only one. Please update hours or put hours on door. Whoever is working tonight clearly doesn't think they are 24 hours.

Whoever manages this store should be fired, or needs to rehire all their workers, every time I come here it’s a horrible experience. They decided to just lock the doors last time I went there and tried hiding from me when I tried entering, so I’m never coming here again and I hope no one else does.

Wasn’t let into store, it was late but wanted a quick bite for a late night drive since it was open 24/7 theoretically. Cashier disappeared once I pulled in and had to ring the doorbell, as instructed, twice and he didn’t show up until I was ready to walk away. Then just making a hand signal saying no which just added to my confusion!

I live 30seconds from this place and frequently purchase from them. I have noticed employees randomly locking the doors and refusing service. I had not personally experienced problems with this in the last 3 years until recently. The employee working I had delta with many times, yet he still just stood there and refused to open the doors. It was 10pm and I googled to make sure it was supposed to be open, sure enough it was. When I went in the next day, an employee who I was friends with told me they are 24/7. That same employee works 12hrs 6 days a week without receiving any overtime. I have watched them chew through employees thst don't spend half their life behind the counter. They cut margins wherever possible, there is definitely shady things going on at this place

Worst location ever. Aside from the place always being trashed, dirty and the food always being burn, old and nasty, the man who works here is terrible. He stalked me around the store multiple times. I finally reported him when he stalked me out to my car. The man also never rings me up right. He’s had multiple issues where he does not know how to properly scan rewards. Today I came in to redeem one of my 4 free drinks. He was trying to have me pay and I finally said you know what, I’m just going to leave if this reward doesn’t work out. It didn’t. I tried to leave but he stopped me to yell saying “then why do you waste cup waste drink?” I explained to him that I had come for my reward so he would have to take it up with 711, his system management or his manager. He continued to harass me so I started recording him. I asked him again why he was yelling at me and he continued to laugh, proceeded to record me. I showed the rewards again and explained if he didn’t know how to use his system it’s ok but that he can’t go yelling at customers making them feel bad and accusing them of waste just because he doesn’t want to contact his management about his negligence because it’s been months and he still neglects to learn his system or customer service.

Worst store in the Seattle area, stay away! They advertise deals that they do not honor. They always tell you that their credit card machine is down. Their food is horrible because it's always old and cold.

So excited to see the clerk shelving fresh maple bars…. NOT happy with being charged $2.99 for what is marked $1.89. The clerk blamed the cash register, and was completely unreasonable, even after pointing to the price tag in the donut case. 7-11’s in West Seattle run scam after scam. (And yes, I know it’s just a donut—it’s also the principle)

Not surprised with this rating because I just got scammed for 3 small size slurpees for $3 each, the guy said they always sell it with that price when I asked him why. I’d just leave it there and won’t buy but they were already in the kids hand and didn’t want the kids feel bad. Replace those people they’re ruining all US markets for F Sake!

Mediocre service, regularly closed for multiple hours even though it's supposed to be 24 hours. Very overpriced aswell, 2 stars because their atm doesn't charge a fee.

Rude customer service. Not very friendly. I have gone 3 times since I moved to the area had all 3 times it wasn't a pleasant experience. Not welcoming at all. After ringing up my items, they literally threw it back to me on the counter so I gave it back and asked them to give it to me without throwing it at me. Zero tolerance so will NOT go back giving them business.
