There is literally 3 guys working there. Little shoddy of a place but imagine running a gas station with 3 people. It is expensive, which sucks. But the service is good, they really get you in and out if an extreme problem doesn’t happen. Complaining about price to 7/11 isnt going to get them to change the prices. any other complaints is whining about living in a major city.

Not a 24hr store, but no way of knowing when they will close and they apparently don't know what open signs are for

Expensive, gas pumps don’t work, and the service is terrible. NOT recommended (go elsewhere for snacks and gas)

Cold taquitos. How does that even happen. Might want to watch out for food poisoning here since theyre more worried about personal calls than maintaining their store. Must be nice to be a bad worker and not care

Drove up at noon, walked in but prices ridiculous, returned to car 2 minutes later and front tire slashed. Then approached separately by three black guys. Drove home on destroyed tire, couldn't get out of there soon enough.

So expensive. And the staff is always on personal calls. Very unprofessional. But worse? They don’t seem to understand the value of restocking shelves. The back has plenty of merchandise- you can see it through the empty shelves of the fridge. I don’t know if it’s the same with non-refrigerated items bc I can’t see the non-refrigerated stash, but I’m guessing the fridge situation is indicative of how the how whole store operates. SMH -

The prices on shells don't much with register, otherwise friendly personals.

I left my credit card here on accident one morning and either the employee or another customer took it and went on a spending spree. I called both the store manager and corporate office for assistance to check the camera to see who stole my card. The store manager never returned my phone calls. The customer service line did absolutely nothing and has provided no reassurance that any future transaction would be safe. DO NOT GO HERE.

This 711 is the worst , I've been living in this area for over 3 yrs they go through people like running water , they are unreliable when it comes to purchasing gas , either outta gas or problems with pumps the owner is very rude and you have to beg her for a bag and one day they had no bags much of what I'm saying was prepandemic but since has gotten way worse and they've had the ebt sign out that's it's not working for months..I don't buy any gas there anymore because one day the pumps are working and not working the next day..

It's your basic neighborhood 711. Most of the employees work there just to put food in their families mouths and their customer service reflects that. You also have a lot of ESL employees so expect a language barrier. Out of every 711 I've been to, this is by far the best managed I've seen in the area. So I'll start with that. Now for the bad parts. Every now and then, we get an employee like this lady here. I'll call her "Rip-Off-Rachel". I came in for a hot food item. Specifically, some breaded chicken bites on a skewer that the store usually has out around dinner time. I normally pay under $5 for 5 of them on 1 skewer and a cup of ranch. I get to the counter and not only is this lady sitting down with her mask hanging off of her face like she is too good to be at work in public, but when I asked her for a bag of chicken bites in the hot case assuming that they were the ones that I usually buy on the skewers (they are the size of chicken nuggets from McDonald's, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out those aren't strips), it's like it was a bothersome chore for her to even move from the spot she was sitting. I watched as she rang up every quarter sized bite of chicken as $1.49 and when I questioned her on the staggering $18 price tag for a tiny sack of 10 pieces of chicken nuggets, I told her that they are usually sold in groups of 5 like the other small bite fried items in the case and she told me that I was wrong, they are sold individually, this is what I asked for and that I have to pay that price if I want them. I told her that she is absolutely rude and I wanted nothing from her, so I left. Later, I came back to ask for her name and recorded a video to show to the owner so she can know who isn't doing their job in her store. She never gave me her name, took my picture on her personal phone and proceeded to sit there on her phone while I recorded her. This lady either needs to be completely fired or shadowed 100% until she gets how to interact with customers during a point of sale, including the prices of the products she sells. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Employees apparently don't feel the need to wear their masks despite it being a pandemic. They also accosted customers in the store and questioned people's citizenship for unknown reasons.
