usually i get great service but i just stood outside the front door for 5 minutes looking between my phone that said “24 hours” and the guy cleaning, after pulling the locked doors 3 times. they are indeed NOT open 24/7 apparently

Says 24hrs. One employee I. The store sitting on his phone. Called store. Says they're closed until 4am for cleaning. Sat and watched for almost an hour. No cleaning, just sitting on the phone. Not 24hrs if you close

Very impolite, improper and distasteful. Need better management skills and customer service when it comes to handling customers especially customers that are working with deliveries.

Horrible staff, the owner & Veronica (store manager) are very prejudice. Veronica snatched my doordash order out of my hand all because I read the customer’s name & items off the screen instead of showing her my screen. I have worked as a dasher for 4+ years. I am a gold platinum member, and no merchant has ever snatched a bag from me or given me a hard time like that. I called the authorities & Door Dash. They tried to contact her & reason with her, but instead, she ignored their attempts. Doordash overheard her yelling at me & decided to cancel the order & still pay me. They are lazy & unprofessional. Even after trying to compromise & show her my screen, Veronica continued yelling, “I’M NOT GIVING YOU THE ORDER!“ The owner stepped in, acting unprofessionally and condoning Veronica’s behavior. Mind you, the owner stepped out the back 20 minutes AFTER I asked Veronica for someone above her. I asked the owner’s name when she finally stepped out the back. She said, “What's your name? I'm not giving you my name because you are not the police.“ I responded by giving her my name & tried to explain why I was there, but she cut me off & yelled that SHE doesn't trust me for whatever reason, lol. The crazy part was I didn't trust them; I felt racially profiled, & unsafe, the reason being that I called the authorities, who heard the rude experience I had as well. I was still on the phone, & after they heard it all, they informed me that if I didn't feel comfortable to step outside, so I did. I will never be returning to the store, no matter what. Someone needs to report the owner. They completely ignored the doordash & refused to release the order. I guess all common sense went out the window! Lol, Worst experience ever!

Got my debit card hacked here. DO NOT use ATM machines at any 711 in west Seattle, the owner are letting skimmers use them

Soooo much better than the one on Avalon/35th. This one is fully stocked, EBT available, cash using your debit card available at checkout, no obvious electrical or plumbing issues. The one at Avalon/35th has their freezer broken more often than not, no EBT, no cash at checkout, plumbing issues resulting in dangerous large puddles on the floor, prices not accurately marked, and never properly stocked. I wish I lived closer to THIS 7-11.

The employee thinks the drinking age is 23. We do not live in Ethiopia.

A while back, a friend came over with a box of 7 Eleven pizzas, and I am like, "What, you brought me 7 Eleven pizza" ?. It's food, looked fresh and warm, and I was hungry. I am all about spicy hot, so I put some crushed peppers on it and took my first bite. To my surprise ?, it tasted so good and delicious. So, don't knock it until you try it. Enjoy!

They do not respect delivery drivers. She helped out another customer before me and said it doesn't matter they are just a delivery driver.

The most expensive 6 packs of beer in Washington. Also, what's with people parking at gas pumps to go in and buy food/drinks? Use the parking stalls for that vs blocking access to those wanting to buy gas. Selfish bastards. I see it at all of the gas stations around.

I haven't been inside, so right now this is just about getting gas here. They just got brand new pumps for gas. They have competitive pricing and a free rewards program so I usually get 11¢ off per gallon. The hand sanitizers were empty and they took away trash cans by the pumps, which is annoying. I don't generally throw away a lot but will have a few wrappers to discard and I had to walk up to the front of the store for a trash can, which, if I had the kids in the car I'd feel uncomfortable doing.
