I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member who was extremely rude and difficult to work with. Initially, he seemed friendly when I inquired about getting taquitos for lunch. He informed me that I could get three taquitos for $3 or two for $5. I chose to wait patiently for him to cook a third taquito, allowing him to assist other customers in the meantime.
However, when it was time to pay, he attempted to charge me $7 for the three taquitos and $3.50 for a Large Gulp that was clearly marked as $1. When I questioned the pricing, he told me I needed to use my points to get the which was not the case because when I tried to pay using points it tried to only give me a dollar fifty off despite the signage indicating that the reward pricing should apply automatically without redeeming points. He told me to leave the store and never come back because I refused to pay a price higher than what was listed. So now because I stood my ground I have been banned from the store forever.
When I calmly pointed this out, he became disrespectful and outright refused to honor the listed prices. His behavior was unprofessional and made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a more respectful and transparent experience for future customers.

On my excursion to this local 7-eleven establishment, I genuinely had an exquisite experience. Upon a lengthy gander towards the generously stocked refrigerator of various beers, I immediately knew that Pacifico was the only option. I was most definitely not wrong, what an excellent beverage indeed. I believe the clerk knew as well as he barely glanced at my ID. If there was a sixth star, this 7-eleven establishment surely deserves it. Bravo.

There is one man here that smiles and says Hello, he is not like any of the others. I hope that he never gets too tired. He is so young and attractive. He is a surprise every time at 7/11 , so polite.

Don't bother calling for any reason, they don't answer the phone instead they hang up and end the call.

I just purchased gas and everything went fine, no wait. Price seemed a little on the high side.

I came here to put a cash balance on my CashApp card. The clerk was knowledgeable about the process and was proficient.

Came to use the laundromat next door and kept parking in front of the station (no signs or anything). Each time I would park, I’d go in and BUY something. The attendant came out the third time I stopped by and told me to park on other side of parking lot if I was going across the street.I would leave my car for maybe 5 minutes and buy something each time. There were plenty of spots. Relax. Will not be buying anything anymore.

This 7-Eleven is certainly conveniently located on 50th near the freeway but it has the slowest gas pumps I have ever experienced - and it seems like everyone here has been having the same issue so it’s not just one. The interface is old and barely readable. It’s crazy to think they aren’t making enough money to update. They do have firewood for $8/bundle though which is a pretty good price and again convenient to pick up on your way to a camping trip for instance. I won’t be coming back here though unless my car is literally out of fuel.

The graveyard shift clerk tries hard but he just doesn't know anything. For instance I'm trying to load cash onto my 7-Eleven wallet in the app and he has absolutely no idea what I'm talking about. The directions are right there in the app and I'm reading them out loud to him even. He still can't get it done. One time he just took the money and just rang me up for gas full price. I explain that If I load cash onto the app and then use that to pay the price of gas goes from $5.55 to $5.26. When you have a 26 gallon tank that's quite a bit of savings. Maybe 7 eleven should invest in a little training of their people so this doesn't happen. Just yesterday I was paying for my items with Google pay. I told the cllerk what I was doing and he said sharply that they don't take that and he took my purchase and put behind the counter out of my reach like he thought I was going to swipe them and run. Meanwhile gpay goes thru, working perfectly and completing my purchase. Thedumbfounded clerk took about 20 seconds to verify I actually paid before he gave me my purchase, still eyeing me suspiciously. Lol. But on the plus side they do have generally good gas prices and the store is clean and well stocked. So that's worth a couple stars.

Let me tell you Ajaz. Excellent customer service cleanliness and friendliness was great. Went out of his way to make fresh wings. I would not go with the old reviews. He’s running the store very well and we should run up this post and review visit this store. Five star customer service.
