This location is very well-run and the employees are extremely outgoing and nice. One time my card accidentally got charged twice (through my own fault I picked up the scanner and scanned my app twice) and Paul took down the receipt, remembered who I was, and helped me get a refund next time I came in 4 days later. I greatly appreciate that assistance and for Paul going above and beyond to help me out. All the employees here have been super nice and friendly and this is probably the most well run Seven-Eleven within the Seattle area!

Please, please turn down the music. Your cashier is always on the phone too. This has lead many times of me raising my voice to answer his questions or him speak up. Just turn down the music and don't be talking to someone over the phone. Give your full attention to the customer.

If you want to get your reward points, you have to tell the clerk. Otherwise it seems like they put their own number and take your reward points.

I experienced terrible customer service from the clerk working the front counter (keeping them anonymous so no one gets in trouble, but because of this employee, I probably won't be back). While I was deciding which slurpee flavor I wanted, the clerk asked me to "hurry up and make my decision so they could take their break" (so they could smoke a ciggerette). They were out of small slurpee lids, so I used a medium sized lid, which made a mess because it popped off.The clerk said "really"!? And begrudgingly mopped up the mess and put another lid on my slurpee. At the counter, when they picked up the slurpee to scan it, I said "careful, the lid is barely on there". The clerk argued "actually its on there pretty good".I felt rushed and did not feel welcome during my visit. Every interaction I had with the clerk was rude. In a customer facing role in the service industry, the most important thing you can offer is a positive attitude and good customer service. I hope you teach your employees how important good customer service is

New management team took over late July and this store has never been better. Going from a beverage wall that was empty to not only full, but lots of variety! The store is a lot cleaner than most other 7-Elevens and over all it is a great experience. Employees are nice and if you want a specific product that the store doesn't have, ask and if they can order it, they will! Food is fresh and did you know their chicken is from Tyson? Come back if you used to visit here and give it another try!

I think a lot of people are confusing this place with a 7-eleven further north. That one is very poorly managed, but I've been to this location and know it's pretty good, out of all of the 7-eleven gas stations I've been to this one is the nicest

I mean, they were open and it's pretty clean. And the clerk wasn't on their phone during the transaction, which is better than most 7-11s, especially. No sketchy people loitering out front late at night, feels safe.

Can I give zero stars. I have been a DAILY 7-11 patron for my entire life and honestly giving a 7-11 a review seems unnecessary but this 7-11 stands out as terribly bad. This one is closest to my house but I have stopped going there.Often you go there and the door is locked and they are closed. If you do get inside the place is out of stock and shelfs and drink selections are empty. If want a big gulp they dont have cups and you have to go under the cabinet to get a cup then the tap will prolly be out of the flavor that you want and then no straws.Sanitation is bleak. Employees never clean and everything is gross and trash all over.Never been to 7-11 like this before and I'm just like whats going on here. C'mon guys you can do better.

Consistently the most dirty, poorly staffed 7-Eleven In Seattle. All the food there every single day is burnt, they literally lock the doors and don't let people in while they chat on their phone and one time literally the door was unlocked and there was just nobody inside working which is fine because they seem incapable of getting an order correct when they are there anyway. Why is everything sticky?
