Stopped in a while ago at the u district location. A homeless African American male started screaming racial epithets at me as I used the ATM. If you are a white female , do not stop in this store. I'm glad he didn't have a weapon that day.

I literally watched an employee cleaned the self serve tongs by putting the water in the metal can and swirl the tongs around, no soap no sponge, just swirling it slowly and put it back, very lazily. I looked at the tongs and it is still caked with food residue front and back, completely wet. I ended up using a paperbag to grab my food, disgusting.

The store should clearly specify its closing time, especially on special times like New Year's Eve. Its door was locked before 2:20 AM while there were still customers shopping inside. Clear and accurate hours are essential to avoid disappointing customers. Please be precise and considerate in the future!

It depends on the store, and the employee's mannerism with you. I've had really awesome, cool guys, that even go out of their way to help you out when they can. And with that I'm grateful, appreciative of them, for what they did by going out of their way, to help us addicts out. From our errors of our ways, that we chose to go in life. And we were given another chance to fix our ways. Now take advantage of this. While you can. This program might not take off like they wanted it to do. There's to many holes in the chain of effectiveness for the case managers, peer support, house Managers, councilors/ Theropist, doctors, program curriculum set in place isn't all ironed out yet. other wise it's a great effort or attempt to help out people that could use the services. They can offer to help out. As your rebuilding your life again, from scratch and at ( "Ground Zero." )

Yeah these people are definitely not open 24 hours don't know why 24 hours is advertised. It's really annoying and I know 7-Eleven has seen and reply to other people's messages about this, "that doesn't sound right and we will investigate" they say and still done nothing a year later. Sure they reply, but that means nothing if no action is taken. I would steer clear from this place, they are just rude and do not care. They say they do, but their actions say otherwise. I mean, look at the horrible rating this store has. It has more one-star reviews than anything.
