This is not a 24 hr store ... That phrase means your open for business to all customers at all hours throughout the day and night .. I have repeatedly tried to go to this location to spend cash and get stuff ...I always spend over 20+ dollars if I do get to shop .. I am tired of seeing employee inside on phone as I look at a sign stuck to the door saying they will open at 5 .. or whenever they feel it's time to open .. there would be multiple people trying to get in but due to the clerks sign and his attitude ..mwe are all denied access to a store that should be convenient but it's never convenient ..instead I'm met with attitude and a employee who clearly doesn't like people ..please update your hours on Internet so people don't waste their time going here after 2 am .. service is appalling at this location ..and I'm not sure why anyone would pay the clearly to just hangout and deny customers any chance of buying anything .. fix this or just close your doors
.. ...I would rather you open up for business , since that's a impossible ask ..just close your business ...now because this type of service will close your store soon anyways ...never going to use your store anymore now anyways .. if they clerks don't like people who shop here .. maybe they should get a different job ...someting that they can treat people like crap .. disappointed all your reviews are horrible .. pay attention

I tried to get the Mt Dew Pizza deal, but when I asked for the pizza the two employees spoke a foreign language and then told me no. I asked if it was because it was too old, they spoke again in a foreign language and then said yes. I then told them to throw it away if it’s too dangerous to eat, and they said no.
Interesting.

There is a reason this place has 1 stars in customer service sucks. First guy helped me i was done then 2nd guy said i need id to scan . Um ok. So i go get it and he looks at it. Totally lied to my face. Will never walk in here again. Take a customer service class dude! Just ick probably wanted my 50 year old address.. which I live in seattle now so ya didnt get it!

It's a disgrace that 7-Eleven isn't open 24/7 as they advertise. Throughout the years, I have encountered a variety of rude and unwelcoming employees at this store. This place is run extremely poorly. I would like 7-Eleven cooperative to take over or franchise it to local residents who are friendly and care about the community they serve.
