The cashier/owner slipped most of the change owed me to the side of the register and handed me a couple small coins. I told him I saw what he did and he denied it until I counted the correct change and pointed to the spot where the rest of the change was hidden. Haven't been back since.

I am absolutely irate and shocked. I left my license on the counter and came back for it within 30 minutes. In that time, the employee had GIVEN MY ID to someone who came in and simply claimed to know me. This is beyond unimaginable to me. Who would EVER hand an identification to a person that is NOT the one pictured, whom it belongs to?? All it took was a random person saying they knew me, and they handed it right over. I am out my license and terrified of what will happen with its use. How does a human being do such a thing?!?? WORST employee of anywhere ever. And the second employee showed no concern or care whatsoever. Is this not illegal?!? I tried to complain to 7/11 corporate but no email or number I find replies with anything other than to tell me that they work for the Indian based corporate. Is that a thing or are they just trying to avoid culpability? Truly, is there legal action I can take about this?? I am still just astounded at the idiocy and complete lack of any common sense or propriety.

These crooks for the second time. Try to rip me off. Big time period I bought 3 items as I swipe my credit card. I happened to notice it was 34.95 When it should have been fourteen dollars. This happened two night. They're ripping everybody off. Stay away

Basically the two staffs cannot speak English. I bought small chicken strips(small pices) and they charged me over $7. I am not sure that they calculated rightly. Also charged me a large drink($.99) for the regular price even I scanned my rewards. It wasn't pleased to visit.

The customer service was horrible. The 2 guys that were working there at about 6pm on 7/22/2023 . We arrive in the store where my husband who is African American gave him his lottery tickets to play n the attendant ask him to show him the money before he played the numbers very rudely. My husband asked him why? He told us because if we didn't pay they have to pay for it. We explained we are going to pay that's why we are here. As my husband reluctantly n embarrassed showed him the cash n the debit card the guy was yelling n told us to go somewhere else to do our business. He kept saying Go Go!! He was horrible he was very rude. I asked what the store number is n he yelled telling me 7215. We are hard working seniors and that was unexcepptable. Shortly after we were there a Caucasian man came in n he never asked him to show the money first. We felt discriminated against. When people are working with the public they should not approach customers in such nasty manner. They appeared to be Indian of some sort. We r both hard workers and in the field of helping people. My husband and I felt very disrespected. We're trying to enjoy our weekend after a long hard week of work and these 2 guys one more than the other made us feel so little. It was embarrassing and totally put a damper on our mood. We will never step another foot in that 7 11 in Sandpoint Washington again. They lost 2 very good customers and I will also tell all my family and friends my experience and never to go there. I do not recommend this 7 11 to anyone. They were mean, rude and unjust. Honestly it almost appeared like prejudice.

I went to get gas there yesterday afternoon and whoever was on duty decided to charge me an extra $100. Luckily, my bank is very proactive in checking accounts and they caught it. My card had to be shut down and it caused a lot of problems since we are on vacation. I will be seeing what I can do to prosecute, either through my bank or 7/11 company, and will be contacting Joseph DePinto, the CEO to let him know what happened. Hopefully, this employee will be fired. I am pretty sure I'm not the first customer this happened to.

bought a packet of water, a red bull and a packet of water, he charged me for 2 packets of water and if I had not checked the receipt I would not have realized that he charged me for 2 packets of water, he gave me the excuse that he did not notice what he charged me 2 packs of water check your receipt before you leave you can't trust what I charge at this gas station...

Open 24 hours except in the middle of the night. Just tried to go at 345am in my ambulance and the guy inside wouldn't let me in cause he was cleaning. It's the only place that is supposed to be open 24 hours in the general area.

This store regularly upcharges because there is low income housing across the street. I know because I live there. Everything there is overcharged or the prices are unreliable. The clerks are rude and the drink machines are regularly down or dirty. I would go to a better store if it were within walking distance. But Seattle hates poor people so this is how it is.

The ice machine has black & pink mold in the spout & tray, the soda has no syrup, 3 out of 4 napkin dispensers are empty. The floor/ counters/screens are always dirty & the customer service is often questionable. Sad to see it understaffed & struggling..the health department definitely needs to come inspect..please¿!

This is beyond a doubt the worst 7-11 I have ever been to. It is disgusting. Dirty. Sticky. Cluttered. Overpriced. Empty boxes all over the floor. Rude clerks. And to top it off, they stole my CC number.

Worst Prices on the Planet a this Location. Service is Terrible and if you're not paying attention to your 7-Eleven rewards points they will type in there own number if you forget to and steal your points from you adding to there huge overwhelming amount of points theyd⁸.... This location the clerks that work here constantly over charge for Pizza & much more if you're only able to use your EBT benefits card. They charge EBT Benefits individuals $1.00 extra on this EBT card. Illegally stealing your points for there selfish reasons & I'm more than sure that since there is Low Income housing across the street from the only store in a certain distance & it being the only convince store that's open All night long they cannot charge that much for gas station food.!?

Advertises gas at $4.57/gal, but at the pump it's actually $4.89/gal. A bottle of soda costs $3.00. Frequently dirty, unkempt, and run by price gougers. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Funny how the responses are the same to each post, how about a real response guys. Not only does this place not keep up with fresh food, they'll also sell you that 4 hour old hard crispy burnt food. They also have signs up of all kinds of deals but they don't charge you like it states, they take advantage of you not noticing because they know everyone who goes in is busy and just wants to be in & out.
