Worst store The store associate Sandeep he’s so rude. I came for coffee but he told me we don’t sell coffee after 11 AM. I know that 7-eleven sell coffee 24 x 7. Poor customer service.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! Let me say that first off. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. Been coming to this location for 25+ years. I have seen the staff changes, have met the new owner and his brother, they are awesome. No complaints on the staff or the products in the store. I have NEVER have had an issue with either one. My problem is that since this new guy works the overnight shift, he closes the store for like 2-3 hours. From 2 or 3am until 5am. I thought 7-11's big advertising point is that they're open 7 days a week, 24 hrs/day. Back in the day, it was 7am-11pm, hence the name of the store, 7/11. I wouldn't even have a problem with the store being closed for that little bit, but no one else who has worked the overnight shift has had to close the store. So, why does this guy get the extra leeway and freedom that no other employee has received? Also, my husband works late sometimes which is why we come that late from time to time, so we go to our 7/11 we always patronize and suddenly with no warning, or new hours posted, no notes for customer, no notes left, not reflected in the hours when you do a Google search, so to me, as a customer, that is negligent and basically rude. Why? Because it's wasted my time, and that is SO aggravating and irritating. I so wish I would've recorded the three vehicle caravan that followed us to AMPM so we could get our late night snacks. One more thing, you guys are losing money. No joke, we sat there for about 10-20 minutes, and probably like 8-10 cars came and and went, people irritated and what not. Which is how we became the head of a 3-4 car caravan because we were basically forced to patronize the Northgate Way AMPM, and yes, luckily, they were open. So please update your hours on the door, the website, etc, so customers aren't blindsided once they're already at your establishment!!! That's all, like I said above, overall though, I LOVE this store, and Tenji is the GOAT, the super employee of the millennium for this 7/11

I've had several instances of moldy food from this location's hot food and now the frozen section. Definitely reporting this to the state at this point. The service is also always terrible, even for a 7/11.

My credit card was skimmed here and the skimmers drained more than $2000 in a span of 5 days in $400 increments. VERY VERY SHADY LOCATION. PLEASE BEWARE.

Seems like every 2nd or 3rd new guy that starts working here makes it their issue to not sell lottery tickets. The latest hire must be trolling me, because nobody could get hired and be as incapable of understanding or completing a lottery order as this guy evidently is. First time I was there he flatly refused to sell a ticket during normal ticket sale hours. Next time, he gets it comically wrong, the simplest request, as if the numbers 1 and 2 are so confusing. Something is wrong with the training program, as if they're not making it clear that 90% of sales are unhealthy food, drugs, and gambling tickets.
