Food always looks old and nasty in hot area. I won't use my points at this store because of this reason.

I wish in all my heart to give a good rating, but I just can’t. This poor rating is from a triad of the following: 1. The store has smelled really bad lately 2. You can never understand or hear the clerk behind the plastic screen 3. I’d wish that they would carry regular soda flavors. For example, there is only diet MT. Dew. I do enjoy having this store so close, but improvements need to be made!

The best 7-eleven. Solomon the store manager goes above and beyond. All the staff are great and Michael the owner is extremely friendly. Please support this location.

It's everything you want in a 7-11. Food, slurpees, ice cream, beer, milk, eggs and medicine. My only gripe is that the beer selection isn't quite as wide as it used to be. But good for standard needs.

Clean, nice location store with lots of good options. Sometimes the staff can be a bit gruff but keep in mind how much extra behavior they have to deal with.Note: Google shows this location having a Western Union, but it does not. Tried going back in to be polite and let them know they should correct it and was told they don't care, and that it is not their problem. I acted poorly after being treated poorly and hoped to come back to apologize but maybe it was too soon bc it did not go well. I still feel bad, if you see this mister.Great for food, drinks, and a quick stop.

Ths is the worst place to buy anything at. Gas is higher than any other 711 in the area. I wanted to buy water at 2 for 3.00, but they want 2.69. there is no sigh that says you must buy 2 to get the sale price but 2.69 for one!!! shame owner was rude as I was talkii it nag to clerk. do not patronize that place!! I miss the old owners!

Every employee refuses to help customers with the simplest tasks, even price checking. Which is unhelpful because almost every price listed for every item is wrong on the shelves. Their hot food is never fresh and their soda machine rarely has working flavors. It has been this way for the past 2 years and never gets better.

Great, friendly service here. Also, has become my dog's favorite stop for the treats he gets from the staff.

Went in for coffee at 10am. Coffee dispenser poured out cold coffee, so I asked the person behind the register if he had fresh coffee. He said “try the other dispenser or you can use the microwave to heat it up.” I went to dump it and another man not in 7Eleven uniform said “Use the espresso machine” I said I wanted drip coffee. Tried the other dispenser and it also cold. Threw it away and left.

This is my local 7-Eleven store a few blocks from my house. My newly independent 11-year-old son decided he was going to walk to 7-Eleven to buy some candy. He had a gift card to use to purchase the candy. When he arrived the cashier could not help him made him feel very unwelcome and he called me in tears. I had to go down there and instruct the cashier on how to use the keypad to use a gift card and not a debit card. even after I instructed the cashier on how to use the keypad he was very rude to me. I will no longer go here I will no longer spend any money at this local established business I've been going to for years. It's disgusting to me that an older male would destroy a child's confidence in this day and age. He was just trying to buy candy.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. I've spent a lot of money here during that time. Sadly, I have to stop. I no longer know when the store will be open, or when and if they will have their grill turned on, or, if they do have it running, if there will be anything on it besides four or five stale six hour old tacquitos and some inedible chicken wings. About a year ago, they started closing for an hour or two at night. This was ostensibly so the clerk could stock the cooler, I guess without being interrupted by those pesky customers. Note: this is literally the first time in my life I've been to a 7-11 that routinely closed every night for random unknown periods of time. Initially, the clerk said that he usually closes at 2 AM to 3 AM. OK, fine. Now at least I know when to come. But he didn't keep the schedule. I'd come at 1 AM to beat the deadline, and... the store would be closed and locked. I'd try to come in a little later, like 5 or 6 AM, and... the store would be closed and locked. Then for a while they started closing the store all night long, every night of the week. OK, fine. So I restricted my visits to the daylight hours. I'd come in at 7:30 PM, and the grill would already be cleaned and empty. At 7:30 in the evening (!!). If I came in the late afternoon, the grill might have six or eight stale tacquitos and half of a four hour old pizza. If I came in the early afternoon, there'd be no pizza at all. They would literally have no cooked pizza ready at 3 PM. The sandwiches (the bigger ones, with the lettuce on the side) were always in low supply. They'd have maybe one or two, if I was lucky. They started getting weird about having coffee at night, too, so I gave up on that two years ago. I finally started avoiding this 7-11 and went to other local 7-11s instead. These were almost always much better stocked, and had a wider selection. Every once in a while I'd give this store another chance, and every single time, they'd still be out of grill items, or only have stale ones. The owner and his employees are very nice people (usually), and I feel a little bad writing this. I realize that there are supply chain issues in the greater economy. But this is getting ridiculous, it's been like this for years now, since at least 2020. And getting rude and giving me static because you don't have anything to buy because of decisions YOU chose to make is not very helpful. All the other 7-11s in the area keep their stock and their grill up much better than you do; why can't you run the store like the other guys do? They don't keep their stores closed all night, or have nothing in their grill except a few stale tacquitos. The whole point of having a neighborhood 7-11 is that it is open when other stores aren't, and has hot food when other stores don't. If I never know when this 7-11 is going to be open or not, and if their grill is so often empty, there's not much reason for them being there. I can buy pop cheaper everywhere, and I don't smoke or drink, especially not highballs and malt liquor, so there's not a lot of other things I want to buy from you.
