  I personally don't like being followed around in the store If you're worried about thieves you need to have cameras on EVERY AISLE so you can watch them from behind the counter instead of being so obvious. BY the way everybody's not a thief but you're putting everybody in that same box 🙄

  If your open sign is on, it’s reasonable to expect that you’re actually open for business. Yet, being met with a blank stare and complete indifference, rather than even the smallest acknowledgment, makes it clear that the sign might as well be false advertising. If you’re not willing to take paying customers at night, perhaps consider turning the sign off instead of leaving people feeling dismissed and frustrated.
  
  I understand that working overnight can come with challenges, and safety concerns are valid. But if your establishment is meant to be open 24/7, it might be worth staffing those twowho are comfortable serving customers. OR CLOSE!!

  Tried using a valued U.S Passport to purchase a tobacco product. The cashier looked at it, verified my age, and refused to proceed with the transaction as it “did not have a scanner”
  When I inquired if that’s a new policy, he refused to answer me and was extremely rude to me thereafter. Wondering if this is a similar experience others are having? Regardless, they can do better.

  I went to the 7-Eleven and was purchasing two slurpees and a pizza to be made there. The man rang me up for $15.98. I paid with my EBT card and the screen had said approved after the transaction. He then said "oh you're paying with ebt?" And he proceeded to change the transaction amount to $10 more. I explained to him that the transaction had already gone through and I was not going to be charged again and he refused to let me take my drinks or food. Also the pin pad had a very fake look to it and I'm not sure if it was real or a scam.

  The gas station pumps at this location do not work. I’ve tried multiple pumps and each time, I can put in my credit card info, but no gas flows into my car.

  The clerk immediately insisted that I remove my mask. I explained that I have a compromised immune system and wear one because I am at high risk for getting sick from other people in the store. He continued to berate me about it the whole time and then the taquitos I bought not only weren’t as labeled- but were lukewarm at best.

  Pros: Gas prices are really low, and I have always received friendly service.CON: A lot small, packaged food/items are sold there, and potentially many customers throw there packaging around the gas station, not always in the trash bins. That plastic packaging gets blown around the neighborhood and can be a real eyesore at times. It would be great if the owners made a bigger effort to clean up around the store.

  So sick of places treating everyone like a criminal. This place is “open late” but they keep the door locked and there will not be anyone around to let you in.
