People working here are always super nice. Not sure why people are complaining about prices, completely in line with every other gas station in Seattle for soda, cigs, gas, etc.

This place is more than just a gas station and the staff are so friendly! June is exceptional. They source fruit and veggies from local farmers.

Great people, wonderful staff. But absurdly overpriced, like seriously, it costs almost 5 dollars for a 20oz Bottle of coke. I get sugar tax, but this is outrageous. I have made a habit of going to another store on my commutes when I want to get drinks.

Really rude attendant, I questioned her why my bill was so expensive and she enforced that this is not a grocery store so she can ask how much ever she wants.. on top of that she asked if I had been visiting a grocery store recently lol brash really expensive service you see here

I was charged a whopping $725 for replacing an alternator. Came in with the battery warning light on and talked to Brendan: " The battery warning light is on. The check engine light came on when the warning light came on, too. Check the alternator and battery."Brandon told me that a diagnosis would be performed at no charge. I asked very specifically about this. However, I was charged $66 for a diagnosis. Then $175 per hour for labor. $375 for just the alternator. With sales tax, the total bill came to $725.00.And now, one day later, the warning light is back on again. Steve, at the Sand Point location said, that an engine-warning light "has nothing to do with the alternator." Of course it does. How do I know they didn't install a faulty alternator? This place does not exactly fill you with confidence. Bottom line: These guys are incentivized with commissions to charge you as much as they can possibly squeeze out of you. At $175.00/hour for labor, why do they need to charge more money to diagnose an alternator and battery? If I have to pay extra for an in-depth diagnosis of my car's electrical system, which I've done at other service stations, that would be something of value I would pay for. But these guys did the bare minimum. At maximum price. There is no standard "book price." They charge what they feel like, depending on how desperate they think you are.I strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere. Also, important to know: Car owners have certain rights. I also recommend reading up on your rights when car repair shops take advantage of you.
