One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Since it was my first time renting a storage unit, Paul went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed in terms of size, price, and convenience of moving things in and out. On top of that Paul was funny, friendly, and approachable!

Just moved into a storage unit here and our experience was wonderful. We met Paul who was so friendly and helpful with providing information and helping us pick the right size unit.
Yes, the building is old and the elevator is slow but the safety record is superb, there are no extra fees, and the rent price is fixed for a year (try getting that offer from one of the big companies).

I have two units here and have had them for about 3 years now, and I cannot say enough good things about A-1. The only difficulty is the hours, they do have a relatively narrow range of open hours during which we can access our storage. But personally, I don't mind all that much since it means our storage is all securely locked up and can't be broken into for those in-between times.

I needed a storage unit to hold some stuff as I go complete training in California. It's honestly only a backpack. From my initial call to my visit to getting my unit was phenomenal. The nice older gentleman was funny and knowledgeable. I got a unit for a STEAL for Seattle. I only paid close to 50 for a unit that would've easily been 100+ elsewhere. The second month free?! Icing on the cake! The building is old, the customers seem.. worn but who cares? They don't have theft issues and I only need it for a short time. This exceeded my low expectations in every single way. If I ever have storage needs in this area again, I will CERTAINLY come here again. Thank you to the front desk guy for making me laugh. One of the nicest people I've met in Seattle.

This company is the absolute best. Awesome on-site owners and the staff is friendly and helpful. The building has a cool history, and though old and the unit build are basic, they are safe, clean and pest free. Not even dust which was a surprise. The hours are challenging, but that’s what you get with a company that keeps their prices reasonable and treats their employees well. It’s worth the time-management challenge (and I’m the worst at coming right before they close!) Just can’t say enough good things about this company. Glad they’re here! A+++

Friendly & good customer service majority of the time. Haven't had a bad encounter with either guys that I've seen working there so far. Its definitely an older building and has a very slow elevator. Also not really a fan of the hours, or that they do seem to close/go home a little bit early almost regularly. Also not thrilled over no insurance available especially after having my previous storage broken into.

The managers are nice and helpful place is clean. Kind of small for the amount of money and I'm sorry I took the garage level was hard getting things up
