Chris and his team are the best! I can’t recommend this shop highly enough, my van had been stolen and they restored my faith in humanity, they were very kind thorough and professional, my van is back in my hands and i will always take it to this shop for repairs, spread the word! Best shop in town

Just a really bad experience that left a bad taste in mouth. They couldn’t repair my car but while it was at aamco, it mysteriously “lost reverse”. So, they made whatever was wrong with my car worse. AND the manager tried to charge me an “inspection fee” that he never discussed with me. Then, even though I had several conversations with the manager about leaving my car in their lot for the night while I figured out what to do with it, he told me I had to move it. It barely drove, there was no reverse. I had to move it to the street and it almost didn’t make it. I felt wildly unsafe. I won’t be going back.

Brought the car in to due to having transmission issues and Chris and the team were incredibly professional and very quickly helped to figure out what issues could be going on and what a path forward looks like. Also gave me lots of advice on options which meant a lot. While I take the weekend to debate what I want to do they gave me a fair estimate of what to expect and encouraged me to take time to think it all through. I had a rather embarrassing miscommunication with towing afterwards and ended up having to call a few different trucks and they were kind enough to let me warm up in the lobby while I waited and were all really respectful so thank you again guys.

I wish I went to this AAMCO Transmission in the first place.
(This is a professional transmission shop that lives up to the reputation of AAMCO.)
Chris the manger/owner is professional and friendly and was able to guide me in what type of transmission upgrades I wanted.
So pleased with my new transmission! Mark the mechanic, did a great job!...So glad for Mark's expertise and friendly/professional service. He was glad to help with questions and advice or anything I needed.
If there were 6 stars I would click it!
Acts like a rebuilt transmission!
Shifts nice and hard like it should. Like NEW.
I feel very lucky I found these guys!

Had a really good experience here! They were super accommodating and fixed a minor but pressing issue caused by the place next door for free. AAMCO squeezed me in same day, and were so clear, communicative and professional.

The whole team is super nice and they were very kind to me when my car died and my battery needed replaced. I’m so glad they were able to fit me in because there’s no way I would’ve been able to do all that myself. They had my car back in tip top shape in no time and exactly as quoted (though I think they should’ve charged more bc it ended up being more complex than I thought) and I was able to get my kids everywhere they needed to be on time with a brand new battery. 10/10 would definitely go here again for car stuff.

My car’s “Radiator” was broken and I fixed it in this shop. It took only a couple hours and charged me in a fair price .It was a great one.Definitely recommend!

Great experience at this shop when they worked on my 2004 accord. I went to pick up my car from Cris and Mark at Aamco. They do great work - and it shows that they are people you can trust. The shop was packed with vehicles. No wonder why my car took the whole week to fix. It takes more than an hour just to move all the customers cars out. They store all the cars inside at night and keep everybody as safe as possible because we do live in Seattle! Appreciate them very much and I will be back should any future issues arise with any of my vehicles. Highly recommend!

I needed to possibly replace my clutch and pressure plate, a new and unfamiliar concept. Chris Kim, owner, listened, was upbeat, polite and positive and I felt at ease. The work on my car was done beautifully and in reasonable time. Nicely done.

These guys are great and they’ve done great work on my manual mini. Super professional service and Chris especially does a great job of explaining what’s going on with my car and how it’s fixed. 5 stars, would definitely recommend for regular service and acute issues.

Chris and the team here are great!! They are very communicative, polite, and respect what I have to say and actually listen to my concerns. Just had my timing belt replaced plus some other work, and he made sure I was fully informed throughout the process. Trustworthy and speedy!
