The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all! There are plenty of them and one of them will always take the initiative to offer their help. 5+ stars for customer service. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

Staff is always helpful. Prices sometimes are just a bit higher but they have a great selection for a smaller hardware store. They always go out of your way with their knowledge to help you find what you're looking for.

As the closest hardware store to my house, I've been coming here for years.
I always appreciate the help and advice I get here as opposed to some of the larger stores. The selection is quite good, as they have packed a lot into this space. It's perfect for finding the right tool, screw, or supplies,

Helpful staff is so easily available here that I don't know how they make any money. And they do a great job packing everything you need into a fairly small store.

I have gone here innumerable times over the years, and have been there several times in the last few months of COVID. This place is fantastic, with lots of helpful and knowledge staff. My most recent trip- I needed to replace a single nut. One of the staff spent 5-10 minutes going through multiple bins before finding the one that would work on my weird piece of equipment - for a total sale of $.34.

All the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Just ask them for what you are looking for and they will take you right to it and answer any questions you have, making your visit quick and efficient!! Love this store and it's employees.

Remarkably well stocked and filled with helpful staff. Pricing is also surprisingly competitive. I go there for most of my hardware needs.

Pretty decent store for a neighborhood hardware store some employees are definitely 5star rated but there’s more rude ones. Always following you around as if you’re a thief. Maybe because the lack of diversity among the staff

Local old fashioned hardware store with great staff and awesome selection. Found the smallest screw extractor that the big box stores don't bother to carry. Bdsm. Problem fixed. Not sure how they get this selection in such a smaller space.

Super helpful. Have a good selection of a smattering of everything. Prices are appropriatly higher than HD/Lowes, but so is the quality of product and service. I've actually developed a friendship with some employees - that's how much they are interested in the success of your projects!

Great hardware store. Each time I visit, the people working there are friendly and helpful. The employees roaming the store really know their way around the store and around a home improvement project.

As a contractor I love to support local businesses and this is one of my favorite local hardware ACE. The staff know me by my first name and are always going above and beyond to make sure that I receive great customer service. Thanks guys!

Great store -- hands down one of my favorite neighborhood businesses in Seattle. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I've always rec'd useful advice when I've asked. Great selection of quality parts & tools. Doing a great job with physical distancing in the time of COVID.

We love our local ace hardware here in maple Leaf! The service and quality of product is unbeatable, always plenty of helpful staff around to answer questions and help you trouble shoot home improvement projects. I love how quickly I’m in and out the door and with exactly what I’m looking for.

ACE Maple Leaf Hardware is the absolute best! Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have fair prices and can most always answer whatever questions you may have. Save yourself another soul-crushing trip to Home Depot or Lowe's and head to Ace instead.

Stunning amount of stock for the size of the store. If you have a question, they will have an answer with the piece you need to buy, or suggestions for where/how to find the right solution. I will always go to Maple Leaf Ace before any big box store.

While they have a large amount of items, their aisles are pretty narrow.

The woman who manages the painting section knows more about paint than I know about anything. She is insanely knowledgeable, super kind, and genuinely interested in making sure your project goes well.

There are such nice and helpful workers here who can help you find items!

Great service and great supplies. I like to shop here instead of the big box stores when I can. Such a pleasant experience, especially if you have any questions about what you need.

Maple Leaf Hardware has lots of friendly, knowledgeable help. You will never waste your time here. In addition to all the usual hardware, tools, paint and garden items, they stock a nice assortment of kitchen gear and seasonal toys. This is just my favorite store!

All the essentials and very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Not like the big box stores where you have to stalk someone to get questions answered.

ACE AINT THE PLACE! Remember how "friendly" Ace was supposed to be? Well give them a few rules to beat their customers over the head with and they become like obnoxious 16-year-old lifeguards at the summer pool! Despite prior visits with my Frenchi who is uniquely off-leash and never gives any trouble, during my last attempt to overspend on hardware, Manager John was guarding their door and abruptly refuses our entrance without a leash. I had no leash but did John want to help? Nope! ACE AINT THE PLACE! I placed my little fella back into the car and skirted John with his smug power-look (LOL) into the store. Some fellow customers and I found latex gloves at a decent rate (for Covid at least) and I proceeded w a box to the counter. When the gloves rang up 30% more it was revealed Ace had misplaced or mis-tagged these items. The cashier was graciously willing to honor the lower tag price (which any good retailer will do) but he needed the manager's approval. Can you see where this is going? Hahaha. That's right, BIG BAD JOHN the friendly Ace Hardware guy seemingly enjoyed his chance to refuse good customer service. Instead of using the opportunity to heal a prior wound (ie dog leash) John denied the sale with an almost delighted "gotcha" look on his face. ACE AINT THE PLACE! Let's face it, the small local hardware store is 20% more-expensive than the big box stores and a LOT more than Amazon, but we go for convenience and because the guys and gals helping us are usually super fun, easy-going and friendly. Well not under the management of John at the Maple Leaf Ace. Go to Hardwicks or Stoneway or even Home Depot and you'll be doing yourself a favor.

Love this place! I can always find what I need, quickly. They have a huge range of items, buy keys, garden tools, paint, soil, tools, and random stuff. They might be a little more expensive than other places, but the rewards program, convenience, and service makes up for it!
