I came in for a promblem with my TPM sensors on some aftermarket wheels and just for them to even look at them they quoted me 250 bucks damn I would have felt better if they sold me some new ones. Will never go back there ever again.

Return customer because my first experience was pretty decent several years ago. This time I was told repeatedly to smile by a manager. First of all, this is a business transaction. You don't know me and I am not there to do a song and dance to make you feel comfortable. I will smile when I want to and I doubt he tells his male customers to smile. I got my car but don't know that I'll be back a 3rd time.

There is no point in scheduling an appointment at this location ! The duration (2 hours) of the scheduled appointment is the same as a walk in. (2 hours) Beware! Walk in and appointment are the same!

Customer perception of a business is based off of reputation. Unfortunately, Acura of Seattle has been coasting off it's reputation from the past decade... I have brought both of my cars into Acura of Seattle for the past 10 years (since I was in high school). When I was younger, their service was amazing. All of the service agents were friendly, polite, looked for discounts to give you, apologized when they got things wrong, and always worked to make things right. The service manager made an effort to introduce him or herself, ask how your service was going, and speak with you every couple of trips. This has all changed recently. My past three service visits have all been horrible. The exact opposite of my experiences from the previous 8-9ish years.A month ago, I came in for a routine oil change and multi-point inspection. They replaced a couple of fluids, changed my oil, and said that everything checked out in my inspection.Yesterday, my battery completely died. I had to request a jumpstart from AAA and then brought in my vehicle for an battery inspection and then an install. I asked why this wasn't found in the multi-point inspection and I was told that they don't actually look for that in the multi-point inspection.I then asked for a loaner car, because I needed to leave for a meeting. I was told that they wouldn't give me one because there was no one else being serviced at the time so they should be quick. About 2 hours later, I was told that my car was finished and was given my final paperwork.I was given the original estimate of $214 "for them just to check the battery" (This after they missed the battery issue in my multi-point inspection just a few weeks back). When we got to the final paperwork I was told that I would owe $158 and that my service agent had waived the $214 inspection fee.It was insinuated that my agent waived a totally separate $214 charge and that initially my bill would've been $370ish dollars. But if you just look at the paperwork, you can easily see that the original estimate for everything (not just the inspection) was $214 total not $370 something. This is the third appointment in a row that they have implied or insinuated some fake disingenuous discount that was never really there. The most annoying part of this, is that I am not an idiot. It isn't hard for me to read a piece of paper and look at the costs of things and estimated cost of things. After 8-9 years of good service, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But, 3 strikes and you're out. I don't care if you can't or won't offer me a discount, but don't pretend that you have done me this big favor and act like a used cars salesmen. In addition to this, I was told that I had a warranty for the battery that I had bought back in 2019. I was told that the warranty would cover 60% and I would only need to pay for 40%.On the paperwork itself, it says that battery cost $82. Below that it shows the word WARRANTY and then below that it says -$16. Looking at that didn't look right to me. $16 is 20% of $82. So, this morning I gave the service department a call to ask about why the math didn't add up on the final paperwork. The service agent who answered the phone was very rude. She said that the part and install was $160 and I only paid $66 so the warranty and charge amount was correct. There is nowhere on this paper that says that the original price was $160. But, I guess it makes me an idiot that this information was never presented to me.There is more I can add, but as you can see, this review is already ridiculously long. I suppose the reason for this is that I really liked Acura of Seattle, I was a patron for 10 years, I still remember the great agents and managers that worked there like Danny, Tony, and Brent. But they don't have anyone like that anymore.Safe to say I won't be returning for my next service.

I leased a new Acura Integra about 2 months ago. Before calling Acura of Seattle, I went to many dealerships: Subaru, Mazda, Honda etc. Typically every manufacturer will have incentives on their website. However all the dealerships were BS'ing me that the Manufacture incentives don't apply to them and they can set their own prices, I would insist them to look at the offer on the manufacturer website and none would even do so ie. what's the point in having Manufacturer incentives to begin with. In fact, these dealers were charging a ridiculous amount over Dealer incentives. Finally I contacted Acura of Seattle on Baker Blvd. Site unseen I called and the sales manager and he pulled up the Manufacturer website and we started to work thru the numbers. He was very up-front to honor the Acura incentive and worked with me all the variety of Integra options. I told him I will Uber to his dealer and Drive off with an Integra ! As soon as I arrived (30 min later) I was greeted by my Sale associate Leslie with a big smile. She was super patient with me as there were many integra choices and I looked at many color choices, interior and out. Well, the lease was painless and I drove off with an incredible Car !!! 2 months into it, this is probably one of the best Cars I've ever driven.

Very upset with this company my son took his Acura in here about a year ago for some regular maintenance and to get the lights replaced on his dashboard, he was quoted approximately &2000 for everything he agreed so they started doing the work after a day they called him and said well they couldn’t finish the work because the mechanic blew the circuit panel on his front gauges which made it to where he couldn’t see how many miles were on his car, his temperature gauge none of it was working and then told him there was nothing they could do because those parts were no longer made when my son told them they needed to fix it and at least put it back how it was they then told him to go find and pay for the part himself but they would do the work for him only at no charge so my son confused looked for a few months for the part and finally found it and went and bought it on eBay he then brings it back and was told no that’s not the right part and we have to order the part they all of a sudden all most a year later suddenly can order the part?? and then told him that it will be $600 telling my son he needs to pay for the part that they broke these guys are crooks and this is unacceptable this is not what happens when you the company broke the car to begin with so we willBe looking at how else to resolve this since we have tried to work with them in this to no avail so as a consumer I would be very careful they have gotten so much money for nothing and the car is still not working correctly do not deal with this company they are scammers and crooks

First, I want to start off by saying I love the sales people at Acura Seattle ,I've bought a few cars from there and David always gets me right. My complaint has nothing to do with the sales people or sales manager. My complaint is with the service department. I took my car in on a Sunday evening and dropped it off for Monday maintenance appointment, after not receiving a call and it was now 12:30 PM when my appointment was at 8 AM for an oil change I tried calling them a few times and then they finally called me back. To make a long story short, the service guys said that somebody was in my car that morning and he asked them if they needed service and the lady said no but she needed her keys back, he gave her my keys without asking for ID this happen at 7:30 in the morning I did not know about this until 4 PM. When they called me back to let me know that the police was called. I still don't understand how you can. Just give somebody the the keys without asking for any type of ID police found my car the next day, but I could not get it back because there was opioids and fentanyl all in my car The service manager is very very rude

I have owned an Acura for over 12 years and had nothing but great experience with it. I used to go to the one in Bellevue until I recently moved in the area and started going to the one in Tukwila. When I went in for an oil change, they broke my engine air filter box while checking my air filter during an inspection I believe. When I told the rep in my second visit, they didn't do anything about it. They just listened like it was normal. I tried to reach out to the service manager, unfortunately he never returned to my calls but anyways please learn how to take accountability. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY AN ACURA! SPECIALLY FROM THIS PLACE. If You get into a even a neglible accident, forget about your car!! One of the worst places to buy a car. I referred my friend to buy a car from this place because I used to love Acura. He got into a minor accident few months later, and his car is in the garage ever since for a very very little part, just because Acura does not care about existing customers and keeps manufacturing new cars. Acura asked us to contact the dealership for a substitute car or to help with the part. The service guy was so rude and non - sense. They have no ownership, so not attend to you unless you are there to buy a new car, and one of the worst customer experience places you can have. We are paying EMI, insurance, the car is depreciating in value, plus i have to pay for a rental car just because Acura wont provide me with a seat belt clicker. Again DO NOT BUY AN ACURA AT ANY COST !!! ITS LIKE FLUSHING 40k DOWN THE DRAIN!! Acura has no face - the customer service redirects you to dealership and vice versa.

Today, I took my car for a service at 9 :30 jhon, the service person who helped me today did not offer me a loaner,he was not very friendly, I keep asking for a loaner and he told me that thw acura policy has been changed. I asked for at least a shuttle home, which he agreed. I don't understand why now as a customer that I lease car for years I have to ask for a ride. Before service always offered to me!!! I feel like I was begging for help. What happened with the VIP treatment!! What happened with the acura policy to make the ownership to their costumer as easy and enjoyable as possible " Before was Brent in the service department, he was awesome! Now only new employees . I have to call 3 times today to see if my car is ready. My husband call 3 minutes ago and they forgot to change the battery to my car keys. The car has been in the dealership for 7 hours and no car wash,no battery change!!! Acura seattle is not longer what it used to be!!!! I brought then costumers Now I will take my business to another acura where they can treat me better!

We’ve purchased 5 cars from this dealer and have been treated very well. We learned that it’s best to show up early for maintenance appointments. Sometimes there is a wait even with an appointment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Acura of Seattle is my go to service for all my vehicle needs. Staff is always friendly and family welcome, even on last minute notice they know how to take good care of their customers. Anthony Napenias is my go to service advisor, he knows to always keep me updated about my vehicle of all the pros and cons. So thankful I can always count on the service team.
