Unique pieces of furniture, housewares, fabrics and jewelry. A beautiful shop that I’m looking forward to visiting the next time I visit Georgetown.

A shout out to the fine folks at Adorn who recently made and gave away over 300 masks to neighbors in Phinney. What a wonderful gift to the community! Many thanks to Renate and Denise~

I visited Adorn to check out Libeco sheets. I was a bit hesitant at first, not sure how the linen would feel on my own bed.

Hi Renate - I have to tell you that after 3+ years living here, we just love our beautiful surroundings inside and out! Every space in our condo perfectly suits us. It’s all the more satisfying knowing the story behind every design element. Just loving our home!

Adorn has the most experienced designers and best products in the PNW. The only place to find Verellen furniture, Timorous Beasties wallpaper, Moss Studio, Amadi Carpets and more. Skip the University Village and go straight to the experts, you won't regret it!

This is an amazing resource, whether you are an interior designer, decorator, or simply homeowner who has discerning taste. Renate is a fantastic designer and all of her curations are very thoughtful and simply impeccable. She is also a wonderful person and a joy to be around, which would make any shopping experience undeniably better:)

It's not just that I get to visit with Rocco the wonder dog when I drop by Adorn, but that certainly doesn't hurt. Adorn is a little bit different, but in a good way. Renate Ruby, shop owner, is basically a curator of craft. She travels to the factories of the furniture lines she represents, for example, so she speaks from the perspective of someone who has really dug in deep to get the know her products from the inside out. Warning: only get her started on the properties of quality linen if you are prepared! That girl knows her stuff. She's scouts out things like small-batch wallpapers and dishware that are not readily available. So that's cool. The other thing I notice about the shop, well check the hours before you drop in, is that there are occasional events that bring people I have never met together, Once, there was a salon-like gathering and the presentation was on perfume. Again, small-batch, hand-crafted product. Because we live in a world that increasingly feels mass-produced (maybe it's my reaction to the myriad of cranes and skyscrapers being build in this SeaTown), it's important to find and share these gems. Without them, what would our world look like? Target and Ikea only? Check it out.
