Missed our connecting flight due to them delaying first flight. Arrived a minute late and said plane left a while ago, unacceptable!!!

Don't trust them. Our flight was scheduled for 9:30. They send a text, not even a phone call, at 4am telling us they changed our flight to the next day adding layover time and putting us at our destination 2 days later, no explanation for the change.
