They lost all my luggage’s. Stuck in a city with nothing. Such terrible customer service.

I can't think of anything where customers are treated worse?!Maybe the tax office is a good comparison ;) Never again this airline, I prefer to pay more.

Terrible customer service at the SeaTac British Airways counter. We were bumped a day on our London flight and our luggage was misplaced. Just asking them to see if they could locate it in their system got us a condescending lecture about how understaffed they are. Free in-flight wifi and movies just doesnt make up for... read full comment
