Would recommend. The rep went above and beyond my expectations, and I am grateful. She explained the nature of the damage I had done to my car. She thoroughly explained how much pieces cost to replace and the labor that would be done. She kept me updated, almost daily, about the progress of the work. The entire process felt incredibly smooth and easy.

Caliber in Ballard went above and beyond. Not only did my car look beautiful on the outside, but it was fully detailed when returned. Also, the customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone in need of car repair.

DO NOT use this Caliber Collision unless you enjoy rude, unfriendly service. With it being Halloween on the day that I’m writing this review as Kyle Hall (my estimator) was a real life Jekyll/Hyde. Here is my story:
I was in a horrible hit & run on the freeway and met with Kyle in-person to discuss my car’s inspection. He inspected the car and I asked if I could drop off my car for repairs after a business trip since I needed to use my car for various appointments. He said “no problem” and that this was just an inspection and that he would call me on Wednesday to give me an estimate. He was a friendly Jekyll in-person…or so it seemed.
I call him on Thursday asking how the inspection went since I didn’t receive word on Wednesday like he said. He said that they started the repairs already and that I could not get my car back. He said “I knew what I was signing up for” and that he explained that to me at the appointment. He 100% did not explain that and now I needed to buy a rental car out of pocket. He interrupted me in conversation at every turn and was extremely RUDE. After the call, I burst into tears from the pain of my hit & run, having to spend more money, and mostly from Kyle’s Hyde-like villainous heel turn.
They do not have your best interest at heart and are so mean. I’ve never dealt with such POOR customer service in my entire life.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars because WOW!! I was referred by my insurance company and was wary of the whole process of getting my car fixed after being hit by a bus. But from the moment I called their call center and got the most lovely, reassuring person (Ke'Yana) I felt secure in my choice to go with Caliber Collision. Their customer service from their Ballard location (Eric, Cinthia, Joe) was impeccable and the work done in their shop was flawless. If you're looking to get body work done on your vehicle, I recommend this team for every facet of their excellent work. Thank you, Caliber Collision - Ballard!

Most difficult people to try work with. The woman that was assigned to work on my vehicle was so patronizing that I decided to go elsewhere. (I mentioned to her I tried so hard to get a hold of them by phone to change my appointment date or let them know I’d be late for the appointment but I was always sent to an (outsource answering center) she said it was not her problem that I could not reach them on time, that maybe true… but is not so much what she said but her demeanor, her arrogance. By the way if you stop by their shop in Ballard you will see that they can hardly fit a niddle. Yes they have so many vehicles parked in that shop (waiting to be serviced it seemed like) and by the looks they have been there for quite a long time. Yet that same woman said that they were having a lot more appointments to handle that day so she wouldn’t see my car anymore due to my tardiness and had to reschedule. I Don’t know bout you but for me all these are screaming tells that they are backed up on work yet they still are taking on more clients. Judging by that and most of all the customer service I received, I personally couldn’t trust they would do a decent job on my car. I did not go back to them.

Caliber Collision repaired my company car after it was damaged by a rear-end collision. Their customer service and repair staff were first-rate and absolutely awesome at their jobs. Fast, friendly and reliable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

My bumper needed to be replaced after my car was hit while parked in front of my house. They did a great job replacing it. I would definitely take my car there in the future.

Caliber knocked it out of the park! Customer service was excellent and the repairs turned out perfect, and were done within the initial timeline estimated. I would definitely recommend.
