During my week stay in the area, I popped into this Albertsons twice. Tip: Register your number with either Albertsons or Safeway to get the Membership (lower) prices. Each shopping trip was a breeze, mostly because my list was short. At any rate there was always available parking on the side of the building and everything was nicely organized. This made finding things that I wanted very easy. It seems to be a fairly small store, however, I felt like they offer a very respectable variety of items. I didn't have to venture out to a specialy store (ahem Trader Joe's or Whole Foods) to obtain the "special" items that I wanted. I like that they are still employing the people - I didnt notice any self checkout lanes just 3 lanes with people as Cashiers and assisting with bagging. That's a thumbs up from me.

Overpriced, far from fresh produce, more often than not expired meat. Expired food. 1. High prices-higher than another store notoriously known as whole paycheck. Only time this store is cheaper, is when select items are on sale. 2. Expired food-you NEED to check the expiration dates on all food. Several occasions, the raw meat was already expired by a few days. I've seen expired meat, bread, chips, cookies, yogurt, and more. Yes, you even have to check the expiration dates even on frozen and canned goods as I've seen that sold on the shelves. And no, these weren't items that were on clearance and marked 50% off for quick sales. 3. Dishonest pricing. Prices marked/listed can be different than what's rung up. I've been overcharged numerous times. Item is marked $3.50, but receipt will show $4, etc. Always ask and check your receipt. 4. When they restock, they do not care that their carts are in the way. Not even pushed to the side of the aisle, but in the middle. They won't even bother to move it even when they see you. This happens regularly, even when corporate is doing their walks. No one seems to care if you're in the store-no greeting, no can I help you find something. Again, this goes for the employees that work there and the higher ups. 5. Place looks and feels old. 6. Produce aisle is never full. Lots of half empty to empty bins. 7. The people working the registers are usually pleasant. Not sure how a store as big named as Albertson's is run so terribly. The pricing inaccuracies happen far too often to feel anything less than a scam to make more money. And the fact that so much of their food is expired or near expired is really unacceptable. I feel this store is taking advantage of the people that live in this neighborhood. Many of which are older and may not have access to other options.

I love this store. It's not fancy like Metro but it has a good selection and it's a lot cheaper. Super kind and friendly workers. Extra nice to my kids!!

Travel back in time and enjoy this small, 1980’s style grocery. But do it quick, as it will soon be torn down and made into a Safeway!

Nice friendly place with good prices. You could pay more and get higher end produce elsewhere but a wonderful store for the price!

Clyde the butcher is amazing! I went today to get a roast for Christmas and he went above and beyond expectations by helping me select the appropriate cut and navigate the complicated digital app resource and even walked me to the front to make sure everything was in order! Five stars for having an employee like Clyde!

I had to go the bathroom crazy bad and Albertsons first told me that, "I had to pay for something, and that the bathroom was for "EMPLOYEES only" and I thought that was rude so I complained to the manger and the manager did NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

Lost my Orca and needed one to get home - had no cash. Went to this Albertsons to get a new because they sell them there - but oh NO they don't have any staff that can sell them on duty 2:30 pm on a week day. Thanks Albertson for making me walk 4 miles home in November.

The staff is great but the selection of fresh vegetables at this location is smaller than most chain grocery stores. They did not have asparagus.

Small but good meat selection - beef is all Choice grade.

Staff is really wonderful; helpful, honest and cheerful. Especially love Hiren and others in the early AM. Produce and fresh meat leave a bit to be desired but sometimes I get pleasant surprises like the other day when I found frozen seared ahi tuna. I had modest expectations but got it home, thawed it and it was delicious! Enough for 1-2 servings for about $7. Who knew?

This Albertsons is the worst. It's meat department smells like fish and the aisles constantly look rifled through. It's selection is worse than a dollar store and it never has anything in stock --- it also has a terrible freezer aisle -- yes one. Pictures to prove empty stock shelves that were that way for a solid week.

Open on New Years Day. Cmon, that's gotta count for something! Plus, they carry 2 types of sake. That's a plus. Helpful dude in the Liquor Section. Also, tofu and won ton wraps were fresh and yummy and made for ono grinds. All n all, good.

It's absolutely amazing that a grocery store this terrible exists in such a nice neighborhood. It's baffling........... The produce section is always grimy and the veggies look sad and tired.I feel dirty when I leave here. We need a Trader Joe's in Magnolia BADLY.
