Clean & well-stocked store with friendly, professional and efficient staff. They are very convenient and always have plenty of available parking (UNLESS the school is letting out in the afternoon, in which case non-shopping parents will turn it into their private parking lot without a second thought.)

Did an Uber Eats order at this store. Super organized, friendly customer service, and great atmosphere. It makes my life so easy when it comes to doing an Uber Eats order when the store is fully stocked and prepared for any outcomes. Love love love it ?

Slow, not enough cashiers, the lady at the deli was slow too and not professional. I guess it’s hard to find employees in Seattle right now

The store director Chris Smith is a idiot. There should be no reason no one in your store doesn’t know the rules and policies and procedures for services rendered in your store. Then as the Director when approached says idiotic things like what does that have to do with me.Let me inform you since clearly you’re lost in your position. As the director it is your job to know the ins and outs so you can rectify situations as they approach. You are clearly understaffed and incapable of running a store. Shame on you for taking a position you knew you had no care to operate in. A store manager asking what does that have to do with me. Lord, I will go the distance to shop elsewhere.Since I’m here might as well state your produce section is complete trash. All the salads are mostly bad all the time. The fruit doesn’t look too fresh and the potatoes and onions i purchase here were bad within days. Your cashiers have been cordial. Retraining wouldn’t be a bad idea for everyone. One worker has no idea of the store manager. How to contact corporate. Just claimed he did not know anything.Like most Albertsons if another store pop up. Y’all will close.

This store hasn't been updated in forever. I only stop here for a few items usually soda and sparkling water. I don't buy meat or produce here, although it looks okay. It's just always an easy place to get in and out. This store has cashiers. There's no self check out which is, to me, a throwback to a different time. Two parking lots and an on street area in front is a big plus!

It's disorganized and hard to find stuff. They can't do anything about the size but they can organize it better.

During my week stay in the area, I popped into this Albertsons twice. Tip: Register your number with either Albertsons or Safeway to get the Membership (lower) prices. Each shopping trip was a breeze, mostly because my list was short. At any rate there was always available parking on the side of the building and everything was nicely organized. This made finding things that I wanted very easy. It seems to be a fairly small store, however, I felt like they offer a very respectable variety of items. I didn't have to venture out to a specialy store (ahem Trader Joe's or Whole Foods) to obtain the "special" items that I wanted. I like that they are still employing the people - I didnt notice any self checkout lanes just 3 lanes with people as Cashiers and assisting with bagging. That's a thumbs up from me.

I would give this ten stars if I could. For the most part, similar to other grocery experiences, but the man at the register remembered what I was looking for asked me if I found something I like and honestly the way he treated people at the register was heart warming. I felt the love. Much appreciated Sir ?

Overpriced, far from fresh produce, more often than not expired meat. Expired food. 1. High prices-higher than another store notoriously known as whole paycheck. Only time this store is cheaper, is when select items are on sale. 2. Expired food-you NEED to check the expiration dates on all food. Several occasions, the raw meat was already expired by a few days. I've seen expired meat, bread, chips, cookies, yogurt, and more. Yes, you even have to check the expiration dates even on frozen and canned goods as I've seen that sold on the shelves. And no, these weren't items that were on clearance and marked 50% off for quick sales. 3. Dishonest pricing. Prices marked/listed can be different than what's rung up. I've been overcharged numerous times. Item is marked $3.50, but receipt will show $4, etc. Always ask and check your receipt. 4. When they restock, they do not care that their carts are in the way. Not even pushed to the side of the aisle, but in the middle. They won't even bother to move it even when they see you. This happens regularly, even when corporate is doing their walks. No one seems to care if you're in the store-no greeting, no can I help you find something. Again, this goes for the employees that work there and the higher ups. 5. Place looks and feels old. 6. Produce aisle is never full. Lots of half empty to empty bins. 7. The people working the registers are usually pleasant. Not sure how a store as big named as Albertson's is run so terribly. The pricing inaccuracies happen far too often to feel anything less than a scam to make more money. And the fact that so much of their food is expired or near expired is really unacceptable. I feel this store is taking advantage of the people that live in this neighborhood. Many of which are older and may not have access to other options.

Wasn't able to send in a comment on their website for some reason the submit button wouldn't work so here I am. First off, this store is small and that's okay. The older employees are wonderful and very welcoming and I always have a good time. Today not so much. I came into Albertsons and once I was ready to check out I chose the empty lane. The cashier and bagger looked like teenagers and they were completely lost in their conversation with each other. Fine, I get it. I used to do grocery too, I understand how you can get wrapped in a conversation and be distracted. But I wasn't greeted at all, and I waited until there was a lull in their conversation to ask "Hey how you guys doing?" To which no one responded and It actually kind of shocked me. I asked again and they finally looked at me and responded. Then they continued with their conversation. There was no "Thanks for coming in" "Have a good day" like I usually get from other cashiers. They completely ignored me and I found that incredibly disrespectful to me. I have never seen these employees before so I have no idea if they are new or not, but it was not the best interaction i've had at that store. When I worked as a bagger at PCC, your job is to converse with the customer and make their experience exceptional. Make them feel welcomed. This did not happen and I will now be avoiding these two from now on. My favorite cashier is Shelly(i believe that's her name? She has white blond hair and is an older woman) she is always so kind and funny with me. I just hope what happened today isn't going to repeated.
