Bought loafers and a belt from Aldo last Sunday. The loafers felt off from the start (which I mentioned), but was told they were fine. I wore them once for less than an hour — they caused leg pain. When I went to return them, the associate wrongly accused me of wearing them multiple times and refused a refund. Very disappointing. If not a refund, at least store credit should’ve been offered. I even left the shoes at the store since I can’t use them. Poor customer service experience.

My fiance and I impulsively walked in just to look around. We bought something for my mother-in-law and she loves the sandals unique style. The woman checking us out was incredibly informative and helpful, even tossed in something supportive for my mother-in-law's feet and gave us a discount. Will definitely be coming here again!

Shoes are good but the customer service does not make me comfortable. I asked “can I have any discount” when checking out and the sale lady answered me with a question “why.” Also, one sale lady did not tell me correctly what they have in stock and later another staff told me they have smaller sizes. Unprofessional and rude, I do not recommend shopping with them in person.

Great experience, all the associates were super kind and accommodating and seemed happy to help, even though I did ask for multiple shoes and different sizes for them all, would recommend this location (and products)
