Excellent service, particularly the movers Alex, Jordan, and Caleb!! Alex was clever and capable, Jordan was dedicated and always listened, and Caleb was steady and talented. They were amazing, I was so lucky to have them and so is ASM!!

DO NOT go with this company you will be disappointed and end up with damages that they are not willing to 100 % replace/fix.!!!!!!
I scheduled movers to come out to our home in Renton and move all our furniture and boxes to our new home in Auburn. The movers were a young fellow and an older one. The younger one was moving fast, and the older one was moving slow. When they arrived in Renton my husband offered to move some of the vehicles out of their way so they could bring back the truck in and they said it was not necessary. Then proceeded to crash into a car anyways. When they were unloading my vanity at the new home it was just one guy, the younger one. This vanity is extremely heavy, and he unloaded it by himself instead of two people. The whole time he was unloading it I could hear the cracking/splitting of the wood. He continued to drag it and put it where I had told him and the more, he dragged it the more cracked is now split on the top and has cracks along the side. The vanity desk does not sit level now and is lobsided. The younger mover even asked my husband to help him with the couch. My husband said yes thinking he would be helping the TWO movers, instead only one mover and my husband moved the couch while the other guy watched. After finally unboxing everything, I discovered at least two boxes were missing that contained ALL my daughters’ clothes. Shirts, shorts, jeans, sweaters, sweatpants, undergarments etc. ALL GONE. She has a few outfits she had in a backpack from a sleep over that she has been using/ rewashing every few days for now while I buy her a new wardrobe with school starting soon. This company requires I provide not one, but THREEE estimates for the repair of the vehicle and is only offering to pay a portion to replace my vanity dresser. As for my daughters’ clothes? They are not going to replace it because they claim nothing was found in the truck and they believe it was left in the old house. Mind you, they loaded all the boxes first and I WATCHED them take all the boxes out of the bedrooms. DO NOT go with this company you will be disappointed and end up with damages that they are not willing to 100 % replace/fix.

The crew did a great job moving a heavy, awkward cast iron tub up three stories of our house into position in an attic renovation. They managed to do so without any damage to finished spaces, and moved it into a tight receiving space neatly. Efficient as well, about half an hour flat.

Don't use them .
Booked them well in advance, asked 3 times if they can do the move on 30 june . They confirmed and took the advance payment.
On the day of the move when i call them . I get the reply your move is cancelled. They don't know how and when. There was no email from them about the cancellation. Only option they are giving me to wait till Monday so someone can help me .
Very unprofessional. Be aware.

Not reliable. Committed and didn’t show up.
We had an emergency over the weekend and needed to move out at immediately. We called around and tried to frantically find someone for a same day move. Enrique and Brett said they could get us a 2person with truck crew on the same day, but recommended we would need more. We confirmed the 2 person crew and paid the deposit , while Brett said he would continue looking for more people to help. The crew was supposed to show up at noon. At 12:30 we get a call from Brett saying he couldn’t find anyone… not even the two person crew that was confirmed. He had no explanation on why he was able to confirm it in the morning so confidently. We lost almost half a day due to this and had our search all over again. Moving is stressful enough as is, and we were dealing with a house break in, construction crew, police all at the same time. Finding a good moving company is difficult and we were in a unique situation, but I would have been very happy had they said they couldn’t do the job, rather than commit and not show up and not inform us until after the job start time.

I had the pleasure of team Doug, Toisi and Maxie do my move and Wow was I impressed. They were so personable and pleasant, made you feel like they were your friends. I highly recommend All My Sons Moving/Seattle. Customer service is TOP NOTCH.

I WOULD DO 0 STARS IF GOOGLE WOULD LET ME. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. ASK THEM ABOUT FINE PRINT AND HOW MUCH TIME THEY WASTE TO MILK THE HOURS. LIES! TELL THEM TO GIVE YOU THE EXACT COST UP FRONT AND GET IT IN WRITING SO THEY DONT ADD MYSTERY CHARGES IN THE END.

My family had a wonderful experience with Dwight, Austin, and Tyler. They handled my things with care and finished in less time than estimated! My family was so happy with the whole experience. We moved our whole family and garage - and stairs were involved! I will use them again and recommend them to friends. Thanks! You three were amazing!

Five stars for the movers Rian and Xavier who helped me move from a studio to a one-bed. They were friendly and very efficient! Would recommend.
Heads up that this company will NOT move anything mounted to a wall. This was something that a national salesperson said they could do, but a regional manager said was against their policies.

Really frustrating experience. We reached out to schedule them to assist with the move and made it very clear when scheduling that our building elevator was out. We actually confirmed this with them two different times - and each person told us it would not be an issue - they do it all the time. The representative on the phone said she would notate the account to make them aware, and that I would get a call soon to confirm. I got the call today and was told they won't help because of the stairs - stating this is their "national policy" that is - conveniently - not addressed on their website at all. They canceled our service two days before we needed to be moved out of our apartment. Very unprofessional and would not recommend them as their policies are not clear (and seem to be arbitrarily applied).
