Best pet store ever! The lady in the store asked me if I needed anything, I told her I'm shopping for my cat's bday and she went to get me a free cat goodie bag filled with so many treats and food that we're likely adding up to $30. I was so touched at how thoughtful this was. In my past experiences, they have also given me great recommendations for cat food - my cat has a very sensitive stomach and she has been loving her new Tiki cat food which I got from here. Toys are also very high quality. Love this place and the customer service is amazing!

We WERE a regular at Mudbay but now we will be a regular at All the Best. We walked in here to get our pup a treat after Dr appointment we decided to checkout this store. Mariko helped us and took our info down and gave us a birthday gift bag because it was one of our pup bday. Made our hearts melt. Her and her co-worker were amazingly knowledgeable of their product and their establishment. Place was welcoming, super friendly staff but not so much were they don't give you space. I love it My pup says thank you for gift. Made her day Made our day Thank you!

Read please. On 10/25, after getting over a cold and a long week at work. I slept the day away and arrived to the store at 702pm. The unnamed hero let me know me the registers and store was closed. I informed them my dog didn't have food for the day. Without hesitation, she asked what kind of food my dog could eat, and proceeded to grab a bunch of samples.I bartend and deal with the public everyday. She could have just shrugged her shoulders and said good luck bud. Instead my dog got a meal tonight. Life happens and I didn't prepare myself or my dog accordingly. It was a small gesture that made a huge impact for my night. My dog would have been fine, but instead he got his meal tonight.Only The Best at All The Best. I hope this review reaches her, hence why I gave the date. Once again 10/25 702pm.

TL;DR: Nice, clean stores, friendly employees, decent selection of goods. BUT, online pet food orders are a nightmare, delivery information is outdated/incorrect, they seem to have serious issues with their inventory management and supply chain meaning the things you order are never there when they say they are, and the stores simply don't communicate well when there are issues (and there are ALWAYS issues) with an order. If you're there for dog/cat toys and treats it's fine, but if you want reliable options for pet food, you're better off looking elsewhere. For the past 3-4 years I've been ordering frozen raw food for my dog. She eats about a pound a day so I try to buy in bulk whenever possible. I've gone through several brands and ordered everything from 6lb bags of nuggets to 25lb boxes of patties. Initially the bulk orders were special order only so I had to call or walk in to order and pay then wait 3-10 days for the order to arrive. I was supposed to be contacted when the shipments arrived but rarely was. After a few emails with management we were able to figure out a solution: they would just stock the item (how awesome is it that they wanted to work with me?!) so it would no longer be special order. Well, one day my auto order delivery wouldn't process. For some reason the system was telling me I'm not in the delivery area. I live 0.6 miles from the store and have received delivery from this store before so after another series of emails I learn my delivery store has changed to Central District (about a mile away, double the distance). OK, I'll just come pick the orders up, I don't need delivery. So I go in to get my order and immediately I realize something is off...the nuggets usually move around in the box but these were all congealed into a solid 15lb brick. I should have refused this item but, giving the store the benefit of the doubt (they wouldn't have sold me spoiled food, right?), I just assumed there was a little extra moisture in the product and that was why things were sticking. I had to use a mallet to break the nuggets into servable portions. Big mistake, the dog immediately got sick and it took 2 weeks and $1800 of vet bills (xrays, ultrasound, blood work, stool sample testing, etc) before we determined it was the food. It had thawed as some point during transit, was refrozen, and then sold to me. I spoke with the manufacturer and they assured me the product is frozen from the factory, through transit, all the way through to the retail destination. So, sometime after it was delivered to the store it was not stored at the proper temperature, allowed to thaw, refrozen, then sold to the public. To their credit, when I told the employees all of this they refunded me for the food (about $80). I decided to give All the Best one more chance; I changed stores and now only order from Central District where they have a much bigger store and gave guarantees that frozen items go directly into the large freezer and never thaw. This was 2 weeks ago. I have an auto-order set up for one 15lb box of nuggets every 2 weeks. I've just received a notice that the item is not in stock and my order has been cancelled. What's the point of ordering in advance if the store won't use that information to manage its stock? I realize that there are things outside of the control of the retail store. Sometimes deliveries are late, orders get lost, and things happen. But with this store it's every 2dr or 3rd order that something happens. My dog is 18 months old and I was prepared to set an auto order and just let it ride for the next 10+ years but that's just not feasible here. At least not until they can improve their food storage safety and inventory management problems. I was trying to buy one item every 2 weeks, prepaid (around $200/month), with advanced notice, for the next decade but these guys are, unfortunately, seemingly not up to the task.

I am one of the many people in the neighborhood frequenting All the Best on Madison — for decades. The staff members are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Today I mention Gabby, Sophia, Justin, Mika’il, and Graeme, but all staff members are included and deserve this accolade! Great staff and quality products!

They had what I needed (a pill popper) a week ago although more recently I called and they didn't carry Fancy Feast. Smaller store but I will certainly try them again if the need arises.

I *just* left this store after visiting for the first time and I’m so pleased I can’t help but write a review as soon as I came home. I was greeted by such sweet staff, who actively listened as I blabbed about my cat situation. I signed up for the rewards program since I had moved to the area recently and even though my cats birthday just passed recently, the sweet person up front still gave me a goodie bag for my cat which I really appreciated because she’s 16 and may not have another birthday. My old lady was immediately so intrigued with the toys and she hasn’t been interested in her toys in awhile, she has already favorited the furry ball from her goody bag. Such a treat to see my senior citizen playing like a kitten again. The lovely staff at this location have easily made me want to be a regular customer and they all deserve a raise
