I've never had to deal with a damaged vehicle before, so this experience was all new to me. Oscar was extremely helpful during the entire process. He answered any questions and concerns that I had, and it felt like he was in my corner from the get-go, especially when dealing with the other party's insurance company. Alpine, and Oscar in particular were transparent with me before and during my car's time in the shop. They did a great job fixing up my bumper and my vehicle looks good as new. 100% would recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle and dealing with annoying insurance companies, Alpine rocks.

I went to alpine with a major accident and damage to my 2018 Ford F250
They were very professional and not only did they educate me on the entire claim they help me through process from a to z including getting the rental
They turn around time was very acceptable .
my baby came back beautiful as the day I got her.

I came in to get my passenger door handle replaced and they were extremely polite, transparent, and efficient. I was in and out of there in 30 mins and they even took care of a loose tab on my bumper for free, if I ever need to I would gladly come back here!

I am not satisfied and the people just told me what they wanted me to hear my car is not rite and they don't want to discuss it or fix it like it was I will never use them again and I will not recommend to any one no good

After calling multiple other collision centers, Alpine was the only business able to take my vehicle that had become undriveable due to an accident. They sent a tow truck over the same day I called and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I spoke with Oscar and Dennis directly and they were friendly and professional. They expressed genuine care and concern for me as a customer. I actually asked if they do routine care maintenance just so I could bring my next car back to them in the future. Terrific folks and would highly recommend them to others.

Got into my first accident a couple of months ago and was nervous on who to trust to get my car repaired repaired. I got recommended alpine auto and they went beyond my expectations. Horrible, unethical company; they are scammers! They were extremely pushy, insisted on towing our car, and charged us $650 for the towing charge without telling us first. They indicated that they would have to remove parts from the car in order to provide an estimate, which I have never encountered before. They talked about used parts, waiting for parts to come from out of the Country, etc. needing to hold the car for a very extended amount of time. I knew something wasn't right and immediately picked up my car before they began removing parts. They held my car in a locked garage, and refused to release it to me until I paid the $650. They are clearly not reputable, do not work with this company!

Got into a car accident and insurance was so difficult to navigate. Luckily, I called Alpine Auto Center & Dennis. They got my car in ASAP, navigated insurance with me (he would even join calls), and even set up towing for my car on the 4th of July. Getting in the car accident was super stressful and dealing with the aftermath was rough, but as soon as I had Dennis's help everything went incredibly smoothly. Thank you!
