Store frequently has half their shelves empty and is frequently out of whole categories of items. When I asked the customer service rep (apologetically, I might add, since I know it's not under their control) about it his response was "People buy stuff".If anybody should be able to deal with stock issues most responsively, it's Amazon, a company that knows EXACTLY what you took and what is on their shelves.9/24 Holy cow, this store has gotten even WORSE. The entire staples aisle of dairy and eggs is frequently EIGHTY percent empty now. The only eggs present are $12 a dozen. We're not even going to bother visiting this store anymore, it's inexcusable. Now we just walk to QFC and get the same core staples that QFC NEVER has a problem keeping in stock.

Once we got the app working (change country) shopping was easy. Staff is welcoming and super helpful. 4 stars only as quite a few products were sold out, chilled isles and deli.

Half of the store shelves are almost always empty. I end up making another trip to a second store to get what I need. Plus what they do have in the produce section is mostly in bulk. I am single and live in a small apartment in the neighborhood. I don’t need a 3lb bag of potatoes! But it’s the only choice here. Whoever stocks this store needs to pay more attention to the demographics of this neighborhood.

The few employees working here are rude and can’t be bothered with any kind of human interaction. And the goods aren’t good enough or cheap enough to justify attitude. What a terrible store.

There's something I just love about filling my bag and walking out. The doughnuts are my favorite, sitting all fresh calling my name as I walk through the doors. Great selection. Love the produce, so fresh and pretty. Love the pricing, but do check your account when get home to ensure they charged you for the right items.

I come in here often because shopping here is quick and easy. Though it may be a bit smaller in size, it does have what you would most likely be looking for.

I was really glad that this Amazon Fresh opened on Pike and have walked to this store several times. Unfortunately, I'm only about half of the time able to find what I'm looking for. Most of the time, they have been out of stock on a lot of food. The prices are pretty good at least and it is very convenient to grab and go and pay via the app.

It's a grocery store. All grocery stores have some plant-based items. That doesn't mean all grocery stores belong on Happy Cow.

It's convenient they have a fair amount of items. Not as much as a regular grocery store but I guess it's pretty good for a community market. Prices are what I would expect to pay and comparable to other mainstream grocery stores. Pretty cool to walk in and walk out with out going through a checker. It just magically knows what you buy and charges you. I'd go back. Note: we where staying at a hotel a few blocks away so pretty convenient really. Kind of 5 steps up from a convenient store but not quite as good as a mainstream grocery store. Not terrible.

Lost on this new store I was helped by Tom T. He was amazing - some people just know how to treat customers. My first time in an Amazon grocery store and have to say it was a great experience....thank you Tom!! Kudos!

convenient for returns. for groceries, I've been here twice. the first time they didn't have anything I was looking for and the second I was massively overcharged for wine (it was taxed as spirits, so $$$$$). took hours for the receipt to be sent to me and over a week of on calls and emailing and chatting and explaining to a dozen people what the issue was. eventually, they just refunded the whole transaction, because there was no one in the store that could remedy it and everyone I interacted with was so far detached from the ground-level in-store reality (conceptually as well as geographically... some people were overseas) that not a single person understood the issue. it's so weird to me that amazon does a B+ job with e-commerce but can't find a single nerd out there to get their physical locations figured out.

Great grocery store with a great location. The check in process is smooth and efficient using the Amazon app and with no checkout process, you can get in and out very quickly.

I've been coming here since I moved to Seattle. It's got a great selection of groceries, and it's very convenient because you can just put them in a bag and leave. They've got a great selection of muffins, cakes, sushi and liquor too in the back. Staff is very helpful and friendly, The location is kept neat and clean and is definitely way better than an average neighborhood grocery store. Definitely choose this over an average grocery store, if you are an Amazon customer.
